Today I was here to do a UPS pick up for a package I requested;of course it was not a common transaction because I didn't have to purchase anything. If supplies are something you need though, everything from mailing tubes to package tape to whiteout products and more are available at a reasonable cost. In this store a copier is available as well as the ability for you to email a document for pick up upon your arrival. Very low cost. The store is well staffed with friendly knowledgeable people and it'll only take you a few moments to get in and out most of the time. Some free treet parking along Park Boulevard and the adjacent streets. No parking garage. read more

This is my go to one. I think it's just a chill spot where you get in, you get out, and they are super quick to help. Now, not all of the time its efficient but I do appreciate their efforts to try and expediate the process. All shipping is pretty expensive so the value isn't great but its really the only option so I just roll with it. They always have one or two people working. It's probably not needed to have more, but I do feel bad that they are always overrun with customers and demand. read more

It's absolutely ridiculous to charge $2.50 to print a single page just because it has a shipping label on it -- a label I've already paid for online through the carrier. If I print a regular document, it's only $0.20 per page, so there's no logical reason for this outrageous markup. Feels like pure price gouging. read more

Chuck was very helpful and prompt with helping me ship my package, and I really appreciated his good attitude. The other worker there also seemed to be helpful with the other people who came in behind me, so it was good to see customer service people who take their job seriously. The UPS Store has always been my go-to due to the service, friendliness, and easy processing. I just had them print several jobs for a medium-sized event, all to be completed within a few days. Including multiple sizes, posters, foam board prints, name tags, and more. Service: they completed everything earlier than quoted. Quality: every file was exactly as I presented, some even better. Even cutting, which I wasn't expecting. Staff: Aileen coordinated the big stuff beautifully and craftily. She was quick to respond, set up expectations, and all last-minute. Mari-Tina was also amazing and all of my orders were seamless, no matter who was working on them. Chuck was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to work with. When managing an event, knowing I don't have to worry about some of the small things is everything. Not sure how to feel about this, but I had a QR code return from SHEIN; screenshot attached. To me that explanation combined with a QR code means the UPS store will bag my clothes and print the label. But this store charged me $3.50 for a "poly mailer" bag. Maybe I'm in the wrong, but I've never been asked to buy a bag for a QR code return. Never before at this store, not at other stores, and not with other company QR code returns. The inconsistency and uncertainty is the source of the frustration. Ultimately a good reminder to shop less. The staff is plenty friendly, but the process should be more consistent. read more

The UPS Store on Park is my neighborhood go-to for any and every service they offer. Their services may not be the cheapest on the list, but they are better in every regard: quality, experience, communication, staff responsiveness. All are top notch and worth the premium. I'm pretty sure if every business in the world operated like this UPS, the world would be a better place. Because people would be happier and things would get done. I never thought I would be leaving a Yelp review for a UPS store, but I did several years ago elsewhere and I'm leaving another one now for this location. I love this UPS store. I've gone out of my way to drive here because it's wonderful. They sure earned their 5 stars on Yelp! My domestic partner left a glowing review for this UPS last year because we had our domestic partnership agreement notarized here by Mari-Tina. So you can say this UPS is life changing. Today, I also had to get a very important document notarized, this time by Jorge. Okay, first of all, his handwriting! It looked like printed text. What! But more importantly, he was attentive, prompt, and really nice. He even noticed that I had a FedEx shipping label, not a UPS one, and gave me advice on making sure I could ship it okay at FedEx. Seamless. Like the commercials. Unreal. Was it a dream? So professional, quick, friendly. Like, was that even real life? My visit was on Monday morning around 10am. Whoever the young black man with curly hair is (I didn't even notice his name I was so mesmerized by what was going on lol) he's outstanding. Even the lady in front of me was trippin. Incredibly frustrated they're leaning into gouging customers. I've worked at a couple UPS Stores in the past and am had previously charged a couple dollars for computer usage. Today I had to print some documents and due to the docs being sensitive, I wanted to print myself and delete from the computer afterwords. They charged me $9 for just using the computer to do this - excluding the cost of the prints... insane. Strongly recommend using Kinkos in the future - I've never had a problem there and they have a timer on the computer to show you what you'll be charged rather than the whims of the person behind the desk. read more

I really hate to write this review because I understand how important reviews are for small businesses, but after a woman shows up at your place of work and nearly brings ones of your coworkers to tears... you just have no choice. The level of unprofessionalism and aggressive nature of one of the employees of this establishment (and is involved with many of the UPS store locations in our area) is beyond my comprehension. There was a situation with one of our print jobs and I was working with their team to find a solution. They tried to get ahold of me by phone a few times, but I was available at those times... so, for whatever reason, the owner instructed his employee named Heather to show up at our physical business location to 1) obtain proof of the poor print quality 2) demand payment. This woman waved a piece of paper in my associates faces, refused to leave, and then... when I talked to her on the phone, she raised her voice at me, made false claims about our business practices and my conversations with her coworkers... and then, after she realized that I was actually in the right, she tried to quickly change her demeanor and apologize. I'm sorry, but no. This is not how any business, person, etc should EVER be interacting with their community. OVER $95! We are so so so happy to pay for work when that work is done properly. The work was not done well. All we wanted to do was find a solution. I used to come into this UPS store multiple times per month for personal and business use. Even though they charge $1.99 for a label or computer fee when the Kensington location doesn't, I would drive here anyways because it was slightly more convenient. Well, they just lost my support and my business'. I will be going to Fedex from now on. read more
