After you email your document, it can take five minutes or more just to receive the retrieval code to enter at the printer. The staff will tell you to step outside and refresh your email, but the delay makes the process pretty frustrating. Parking is another issue. There are about 17-18 spots, but even with only four customers in the store, I couldn't find a space. I waited at least eight minutes and still nothing opened up, not even on the side street. I eventually gave up on parking and walked. Overall, it's the best price I've found for printing a small number of pages, but the wait times and parking situation make it a bit of a headache.

It took them 20 seconds. The cheapest shipping option with tracking for this item that weighed less than a pound in a tiny box was $42 from San Diego to Kansas. Mind you this was for a week timeframe on the delivery. The only reason I went through with shipping it from here was it was a business transaction on a company credit card. This place is ridiculous. Ridiculously overpriced. In addition, the customer service was average at best. Please avoid at all cost!
