I've been to this UPS Store many times, but my recent experience with an employee named Benjamin was by far the worst customer service I've ever had here. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being interrogated instead of helped. He told me he needed to verify who I was, which I understand if it's part of policy, but the way he went about it was unnecessarily rude and condescending. Instead of being professional, he made me feel uncomfortable and even said, "yo man, you don't gotta be like this," when in fact he was the one being abrasive. I left feeling frustrated and honestly shocked at how poorly I was treated. Customer service should never feel like an interrogation, and this interaction was completely unacceptable. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should walk out of a UPS Store feeling the way I did. read more

This ups store is the best around. (And I am always at various ones.) the staff is helpful, they always help with taping boxes or labels. The Amazon machines are always stocked and functioning which is generally not the case in many other stores. It's my favorite spot for doing anything. read more

Here's the short story: UPS is garbage go to FedEx. Full breakdown on my experience: So the first time I came in with my Amazon return today I was told that I'd have to print my own labels. Previously, they had done that at this location. They wanted to charge me $2.50 per label. So I walked across the street to FedEx and printed out both of those labels for $0.24 each. Then the gentleman at FedEx handed me an envelope free of charge. When I came back with my very affordable labels printed at FedEx, I was denied the return because although Amazon sent it in the product box, they did not want to ship it back in the product box. They want an extra box on top of the product box. Which of course they tried to sell me. I assume you guys are paid by Amazon to offer this annoyance. Or am I wrong and you do returns for free? I have been consistently avoiding UPS from waaaay before this because it's always something. Not sure Ive ever had a positive experience in any UPS location. It seems like the service that is offered here is to kindly tell you to go somewhere else to handle your printing needs and shipping equipment. On that note: Why is it so much easier to return Amazon products at Staples? They have no problem printing a label that's for sure. They print out a coupon for every transaction so they sure don't care about paper cost. Or trees apparently. Forget just returns I'm never going to go into a UPS again ever. Garbage. read more

this location lost my package prior to shipping, HUGE hassle trying to process lost package claim and recover money lost. My shipment was a return over $200 and not only did it take almost 2 months of multiple follow ups to receive reimbursement they only covered $100 which was sent to not me but to retail company that I had initially ordered from. luckily I had my shipping receipt or else I would have received $0. I've been here before, today I was denied a legal service. I needed documents legally served to another party. Anyone over the age of 18 can do it. Because my form said it had to be delivered by any United States Postal Service, Nui literally believed that meant at USPS their competitor. I told him no, that's just a common characteristic of all postal services in the United States. That's anyone who does postal services can send it out, he was like well I'm not going to have my employee sign that he did it. I tried explaining that is not a big deal, I'm paying the envelop and postage there, that it's like a receipt. Couldn't get through to his young mind and left the store without help. UPS, training needs to be done for you store manager and employees. You just missed out of income for your services. read more

Wonderful service and great location. Today I had really good service from Gianni, and it's the reason I love coming to this UPS.

I've been using them for a long time without issues. The tall blond lady was always so friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I had some transaction and tracking questions from my service a few days ago. The way it was handled by a skinny dark skin guys and the short guy was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I first called to asked the question hoping for some simple explanation because It was my first time using their self scanning machine and I didn't understand the receipts. The trackings provided from the 3 returns packages were different, (only 1 was trackable, most importantly, the two packages I haded still said I did not drop off when the other that I physically handed over and the tall guy did a scan was received and refunded. On the phone the guys automatically got defensive, passed me on while I was still asking questions. I stopped by (hoping to talk to the friendly skinny lady) but she wasn't there. I showed the receipt ask the tall skinny guy, he said " You called earlier?" I said yes. He walked away asking the other short blue bleue guy to come. Automatically the dynamic is weird, especially I went in there politely asking question (no accusations, no blame, I wasn't being rude..) I just wanted to understand if something happened especially with my fist time using the machine. It escalated fast with him repeating "I don't handled refund! Call Amazon!" I kept asking that I wasn't there to ask for refund, I was there to ask why the packages said still said it wasn't dropped off. At one point, he finally went and pull the packages from the bin and show me the different form of tracker, and the "reference #" that they kept repeating that had no meaning before. THAT, could have been the start of the explanation that could avoid the whole issue. You dont need to be a professional or have any degrees in customer service, you just need to be decent human and talk to people with respect. I only had service and process question, which 100% could have been handled a lot differently if it was that very nice Lady in there working. read more

They always have happy employees there ready to help. They have paper shredding at a really good price per pound if you're interested in shredding sensitive documents. Parking is really good at this location and I like how easy they've made it to return your Amazon unwanted items -self checkout type of thing now- so I'm overall happy with coming here for multiple things. read more

The guy who helped me idk his name but thanks for being so kind to me during this tough time in my life it meant more than you'll ever know. This UPS store is better than the other UPS store at 1180 Rosecrans. The staff here are super helpful and they do not overcharge you for unnecessary packaging on Amazon returns. This is my go to place for all my shipping needs. Parking can be a limited and the store may be busy, but the lines move fast, even with the extra care that the staff is providing. read more

I have a UPS store by my home but was in this neighborhood and stopped by to mail a very large shipment. I did not have a box. Upon inquiring about box sizes, Sheri (5star customer service person) helped me not only figure out the size but also walked into my car with a dolly to pick up the goods and packed it up super carefully! I was super impressed with her knowledge, kindness and amazing customer service. The store was busy but she helped me as I was the only client there. I will definitely get out of my way and go back to this store when in need of UPS service again. And for Sheri - you are a customer service superstar!
