I get that the prices are cheap but it wouldn't hurt their bottom line to be polite! Their customer service is non-existent. Can't get anyone on the phone, in emails you get conflicting information, the online chat is curt and condescending. Their prices are phenomenal, especially for banners you only plan on using once. They print and ship faster than anyone. So you really have to make a choice, whether the price and speed is worth the awful customer service. read more

Got a 4x6 banner from here recently, and it was only $23! That's a pretty damn good deal. The couple of places I went to before would charge me like at least $50 for the same kind of thing. They've got a nice and straightforward site, so I found what I was looking for pretty easily. Their turnaround is also super fast. I ordered, paid, and got the banner in 2 days! Talked on the phone with them about ordering a large/unusual size. They took forever to give me a custom quote, didn't respond until I emailed them again, twice, and claimed that because my order was "unusual" they had to clear it through multiple departments. I think they were shuffling their feet because my order wasn't a priority in their book. Was ready with artwork to go to print from the start... I had a deadline they knew about, and because of their lack of customer service skills, we aren't getting our order on time. Do not buy from these guys. They do not communicate, they blame the customer, they do not do well with custom jobs, and they do not go out of their way to satisfy the customer whatsoever. What you might save in price would be better spent somewhere where the customer matters. I'd give them a 0/5 if I could. read more

I recently purchased an advertising flag from this website and I must say I am very pleased with the quality of the print. I ordered the large feather flag to use at an outdoor festival to help attract customers to my booth. I was recommended this website by my friend who orders from here frequently.
