I got quoted for approximately $179 for interior detailing when I dropped the car off at 8am the day of the appointment About 20 minutes later I get a call from the manager telling me that the car is so dirty that they'll have to quote me $200+ instead. I said okay. They told me the car would be ready by noon. I went to pick it up at around 3pm. I never got a call back to tell me the car was ready. I inspected the car and I could still see there were a couple of visible stains on the front seats and I was hoping they would be able to clean them off. There are also still visible specs of lint and other materials that a vacuum could easily pick up. They told me they tried everything.and due to the age of the car that's all they could do. When I went home, I was able to clean those stains off the seats with mild cleaning product and a mildly abrasive sponge. This is something that could've been done and expected to be done during the detailing. Although the cleaning was a marked improvement from the way the car interior looked, I think a little more elbow grease and a few extra minute could have been used. Mildly disappointed for the price/value I paid, and the quality I expected.

It seems silly and nonsensical, so I finally made the decision to get the rear passenger windows tinted. Overall we had a great experience. The appointment was easy enough to schedule, and they were very prompt once we arrived. The man at the front desk was very friendly and informative. He walked us through all the various grades and asked us what our goals were and matched them to our interior. At no point did we feel like we were getting upsold. We were walked through what matched our needs and no more. The experience was a great example of how a strong business can operate and everyone feels satisfied. We'll absolutely recommend this business to anyone and everyone, and we'll no doubt be back if the need arises. Extra shout out for the attention to detail. You can't roll down your windows for a few days after the tint is added... so they tastefully put painter's tape over the power window buttons to protect you... from you. Chef's kiss.
