Super efficient staff here make getting quick copies or orders a breeze. I submitted something online to be ready a couple of days later and I got a phone call nearly within an hour telling me my job was already done. It was a simple print/copy job so nothing too crazy but I like that they did it right away. Staff is so nice it's almost unreal. Friendly the second you walk out of the door t the moment you're walking out. Quick, not too expensive, easy parking, and a top notch staff make this place a go to for my copy needs. read more

Waited 20 minutes ignored by staff just for them to tell me that they don't accept xfinity equipment ups does...gee thanks

The gentleman that is always working here will not allow me to get work completed. Unfortunately, as a result, I cannot return as services cannot be reliably rendered. Two recent experiences: 5 months apart 1. Asked to have my infant's passport photo printed in the standard 2x2 passport photo format. As most places do not take the infant photos, the government recommends taking at home and printing at a store. The gentleman mentioned above said he would not print it because he had bad experiences in the past. He stated that there was no policy stopping him, rather he just did not wish to print my photo. 2. Went to have a photo that I PURCHASED online printed as a poster. The gentleman mentioned above said he would not print it because I didn't have proof that I owned it. I showed him the receipt and documentation of my purchase. He said it wasn't good enough and would not help. I think FedEx needs to know that this store is not only costing FedEx customers, but also money as they will not render basic services. I'm sure FedEx would be thrilled to know he is turning away business. If you need something important done in a timely fashion, don't come here. read more

I'm just going to write about a few cases where I came to this place and the employees more than delivered. Twice, I came here and had to have a document printed and bound so that it would be ready to hand in on the same day. Twice, they did this without any complaint. These were documents that heavily would have impacted whether I could pass with my degree or not. I am still very thankful. When I move out of state, there were many packages that needed to be shipped. Among them was a bicycle in which they told me how to properly wrap up and box. Everything else was delivered neatly on time. I'm not sure why others are rating this place so low, but a big thumbs up to all the employees here. Fedex policies and systems for print online are just impossible. This isn't related to this particular branch, but the company in general. My non profit music organization has printed with them for years. Their old print online system was fine, the new one is full of bugs and takes needless hours to contend with. They offer all sorts of organizational and upload options that don't function. In addition, they are now asking for a signed copywrite release form for every piece of music I need to reproduce. These are works that either I myself or others within our organization have created and typed out. To sign a release form for each of the hundreds of pieces of music we print per year is insane. I will be finding another service for our needs. read more

I won't go into the details of the disastrous experience I had today, it will just serve to make me exasperated all over again and it likely won't be super helpful either. Suffice it to say: AHHHH! The basics are these: I placed a larger order this morning, uploaded on the website, but the local store was neither able to print it nor cancel it (seriously). In fixing this and getting my order completed, I've had to deal with corporate customer service, who were time-consumingly useless, as well as a local employee, who was just plain rude. I really tried to be nice and flexible, but was treated like an idiot (sorry I don't have Adobe Pro) and a jerk (for bringing them a large order?). Seven hours later and I'm still waiting for my order to be completed and fairly certain I will be charged twice. How is there no serious competition for this chain? UPDATE: My order was completed not too long after I posted and the employee there when I picked it up was super nice and apologetic. Also, I got a call today from a manager checking-in because there was such a snafu and to make sure I wasn't charged twice... So I added a star, but still can't make myself give it three given the ridiculousness of my experience yesterday. read more

A typical Fedex Office center that struggles with timely service. I visited this center to send a single package on a Friday, and waited for on line for 20 minutes before leaving early. The self-service section is off to the side, but also has timeliness issues due to long lines. One strength of this location is its well-organized inventory; however, this advantage is reduced by the long waits. I'd advise potential visitors to plan for an extra half-hour here, since you might have an extended wait. read more

I went here because it is the closest place to get something mass printed. I took the time and organized the files so that it would be as little confusing as possible. When the woman I was working with was taking too long, a man named Mark came over to assist. He was rude and had zero customer service. He said if I could put it in a mass PDF file for them to print and I explained that if I was tech-savy enough to handle that I wouldn't be here. Then he wanted me to change the names of all the files to make it easier for them to print otherwise they would have to charge me extra for their time. This defeated the purpose of having them print it. So I was either going to pay extra by using their computer to rename the files or pay extra for them to organize the files. If the man who was helping me just took the time to actually practice customer service, I would think about coming back here. As it is, I will never do business at this store location. HORRIBLE! read more

If you have something important you need to send, don't do it here. They did my shipment wrong for my STUDENT VISA APPLICATION. I needed to include in my application a prepaid return label and the staff person ensured that what she provided was correct. It wasn't, I got an email from to British Consulate saying they don't accept handwritten waybills and that I needed to send an electronic return label, which when I returned to FEDEX to get they indicated I had to order through the website. I asked the staff person to walk through it with me to make sure I did it properly and he literally said "I have no idea how the FEDEX website works." He scanned the print version of the label for me to attach and send, but their internet (that I had to pay to use) was awful and I ended up having to go home and do it myself anyways. Also, in all FEDEX centers, that sign that says "free wifi" is untrue. They charge you .30 per minute. read more

I can't thank the staff enough--they were really patient through multiple phone calls and emails. Dori, Mike, Jim, and Jonny were especially helpful. I also had a fragile art piece for the ceremony that needed to be shipped, and it was packaged at this location--arrived without a scratch. I've never had to have large jobs done there, but over the years I've had many simple tasks done. They've always been helpful, polite, and competent, even finding out what competitor has something they are out of. And they sometimes explain why things are done such-and-such a way ((I'm an old fogy) and (when it comes to computers) how I could do it cheaper or faster myself next time. read more
