Signarama has achieved the impossible! I met with Sami in Egg Harbor Township on Tuesday afternoon and said I needed a banner by Saturday. I provided a substandard picture (too dark and wrong shape) and asked if it was possible to make this look good. Her reply was "yes, you are in good hands". By Wednesday at 9:30 AM I received a proof of the banner produced by John and I was amazed! It was fantastic! I spoke to John who said he received my confirmation and that he would get right on it. One of the worst customer service experiences. Ordered a simple vinyl letter print for my car. Was told told 3-4 days, with payment upfront. I called back 5 days later, was promised a call the following morning. Nothing. I called back on the 6th day, was promised the work to be completed by the afternoon. No call. I called on the 7th day, was promised the job to be complete - no call. The only positive review they have, seems fake. We finally came 13 days laters and it was...STILL NOT DONE. Guess what they said when we came in person, "it may be completed tomorrow." VERY NICE GUYS. I am a business owner, who chose them for the 3-4 day turnaround, not pay $90 to wait two weeks for a simple print. When you call in, they false promise. If you need something done quickly and you're not paying $2000+, you're not a priority. In addition, the owner was present when I told the employee Steve (who was in charge of the job) how unprofessional this whole experience has been. How patient I have been given the false promises and deadline. Owner did not say a word. Could not even come out and show his face and apologize for the delay. Instead his employee tell us that the order was not ready because the boss was on vacation. He was not on vacation to take my payment. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. THEY TAKE PAYMENT UPFRONT AND THEN GOOD LUCK ON THE ACTUAL DEADLINE. THE PRIORITIZE WORK BASED ON PAYOUT. So sad. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. If you are a huge company, why do you take on small jobs and take up our money and time? read more

I was looking for a company to manufacture a digitally printed banner for my HVAC company to use for outdoor networking events. I called Signarama in Canoga Park and spoke to Chris regarding the type of banner I needed. Chris advised me to e-mail the banner proof I designed for his review. Moments after I sent the proof I received a telephone call to discuss my options for the digitally printed banner. In addition to this Chris was a tremendous help with giving me suggestions to make the banner more attractive. Recently, I had forgotten to order a banner (that needed custom logos) for an event that we were going to have the following day. The night before he emails me saying his graphic designer was sick, which is understandable but it was such a basic banner it shouldn't have been left for the nigh before. I been dealing with Chris the owner from Sign A Rama for about of an on 10+ years, I should of wrote this a while back but each time I gave him a break..Well Chris put a Yelp Sticker we got on our van 2 week ago, and last week on August 15th,2019. We asked Chris to put our phone number on my van bigger he said that he would get to it again in couple of days, well fat track to now! Called Chris asked about the demo art work if it was done yesterday mind you its been way over a couple of days! Chis said "NO" we have not got to it asked why?? He said that he been really busy and he has 2 more customers ahead of me!! HUH?? then hire more people I say? So as business man I am suppose to wait till the other 2 people get serviced after 7 days waiting for art work as you promised us? asked why did he not let us know of this on Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday? hes response was just could not get to you! ..As business man my time effort is important as his is, a call would of made the difference. But seems his incompetence, and thinking that hes to big! that he can treat customers rude and dis respect them and lack of service has made us come to this moment. Chris is NOT a Dependable guy, he does great work but his lack in service, in today's time and letting the customer know that deliver on his word is something he does not respect,and lacks on,So if you are thinking of getting any art work done from this man, do not count on him to deliver it on time, and waste your time days a week, Find another printing company as told me when I asked for my art work...AND I WILL..THANK YOU FOR SHOWING YOUR TRUE SELF!
