I have been in a lot recently - printing presentations, getting last minute business cards done for a conference and now mailing packages back overseas. The owner charged my credit card on file without letting me ahead of time how much he was going to charge and without my permission and without invoice. He ended up charging me over $200 more. 2. I doubled check on the quantity of the sweatshirt. It was 7 sweatshirts short. Didn't count the tshirts. 3. I had to repeat print specifications 5 times to get it right. Very frustrating. There is no system in place. All manual. 4. Horrible customer service, I had to carry two heavy boxes to my car myself without any help from the owner or the store employees. 5. The attitude of the owner is super rude. Horrible horrible experience. Wouldn't recommended to anyone!
