I would like to give them 0 stars. The delivery driver shoved my package in a locker so small I had no choice but to rip the box and get it out when I went to fedex to tell them they refused to accept the box because they said it was compromised and I would have to replace the box. Called customer service customer service told me to call the company and have them send it out again. They are a group of incompetent individuals, each person working there has no sense of customer service or reliability on their part. How is a driver going to shove a box in a mailbox smaller than the dimensions of the package and then hold the customer liable for damages occurred. The drivers are ignorant (obviously there needs to be extra training time to learn box measurements vs proper mailbox sizes) the store staff is incompetent (every time I go in it's a new person at the counter in training and frantically handling situations ready to give the customer service number when custom service is a bunch of lazy subordinates with horrible customer service most of which you cannot even understand due to their thick accent and the amount of noise coming from their background. Safe to say I HATE FEDEX. They are only used because UPS the superior delivery service is more expensive. Because better quality costs more money. It's clear fedex hires the people that no one else will. And that's sad as a company that all of the stores have a 2 star or lower rating and on bbb they have 1 star. read more

I have visited this location for several years maybe as far back as 8 years and I have always had great service. Now with the remodel and a very respectable and professional staff, the projects I have brought for finishing, delivery or creation over the last 6 months have been simply spectacular with no flaws, no delays and completed with supreme accruacy. The branch manager should be commended for excellent branding educated staff. Art was very polite and professional. read more

I just can't excuse this place's horrible service. Maybe it angers me because I used to be in the service based industry and it was engrained into me how to treat people or maybe it's because rude people really hack me off. Either way, there is no excuse for bad service like this. I walked into this FedEx location and there were several signs hanging above each section. "Self service," "full service," and "pack and pay" or something like that. There were two FedEx employees I could see. I walked over to "Full Service," after the lady greeted me. I told her good morning and that I needed to send an envelope over night and handed it to her. She did not exchange another word to me. Walked over to the other gentleman that worked there and handed him my envelope and said overnight. Then walked into the back. To be fair, the gentleman who helped me was fine. He told me he would need to fold my Manila envelope to mail it in another envelope, so I took it out so my papers wouldn't be crunched; he asked me when I needed it there and gave me a receipt with a tracking number. Nice enough, but the other employees bad service doesn't make up for his. Even when the curt employee showed her face again, another customer asked for help and the gentleman responded to her, "we'll be right with you," the lackluster employee just stood by and said nothing. She was closer to the customer! Then she did nothing to help the other customer and just stood at the counter. I am so tired of seeing lazy people have jobs they aren't thankful for! Sure, everyone has a bad day but get over yourself. You are there to do a job and if you don't want to do it well there are plenty of others who would. I normally frequent the locations in Grapevine but I was close to this area & I really needed to make some copies asap. I was helped by a couple different employees at this location and needed primarily black and white copies and 1 single color copy. I was sent to the color machine at first which was getting me at $1.80 a copy. I then was helped by another employee who told me you can save more then half of what your paying if you use the black and white machine. Once I was able to use the black and white machine it saved me quite a bit of money. I was trying to make copies of tattoo art and various sketches I was going to be mailing to friends and family. I will say the one thing that sucked is they did not have a paper cutting machine for the customers to use one their own. I know that if you are dropping items off they can cut and properly size everything that you might need. I was pleased with the service but I could have saved myself a little money if I had used the black and white machine earlier. The staff was very friendly and next time I will be better prepared with all my photos and pictures because they only have 1 color copier. read more

They are fully stocked and their supplies always seem to be available and in order. I have never required to talk to a staff member but their interactions with other customers wins them the friendly and helpful award. Very easy to get in and out of if you are coming West on 635. I used this location quite a few times while I was in law school, but didn't think I'd need them much now that I didn't have massive amounts of projects to finish. Fast forward to "real world" work, & sure enough, I needed this place yet again. Fortunately, I showed up on a Friday evening when it was fairly dead. They have a good area with computers if you need to do some quick work, but they can run pretty pricey if you need them for a serious lenght of time. I do like that I can make my own copies & everything now, though there are times I prefer to let the workers handle it, especially if I'm getting things bound & everything. This store has all kinds of accessories and office supplies, which is terribly convenient, and I've noticed that everything here is clean & in good condition, too. The staff has always been friendly & doesn't seem to waste time, which I appreciate. Heather helped me &, even though I wasn't completely sure what I needed, had me taken care of & out the door in no time. That girl can print & bind things with lightening speed! For multiple copies & binding jobs, I was out of here in less than half an hour & for under $25.00. At least I know where to go for my business needs since it's always nice to find a dependable copy shop. Especially one with friendly staff members & decent pricing. read more

He took me to where I needed to go, told me what I needed to fill out, and then the guys at the register will take care of the rest. read more

Won't be visiting this location anymore. The girls that work here don't seem to care about customer service at all. No " how are you" , no " thank you" no "please come again". NOTHING! The one at the register rang me up, and I told her don't worry about the change, and she looked at me and turned to the new customer. Absolutely horrible customer service and policy. Wouldn't let me pickup a package addressed to my wife and our business even though I had her ID, had all the tracking numbers and shipping information coming to my phone, and documents proving that we owned the business together. I will literally seek any other method to get packages in the future. read more

0 stars. Absolutely wretched experience. Went in to print a few color PDFs for a very important business meeting. Had worked many hours putting everything together. Had chosen a large Fedex Office in a good/commercial part of town. Walked in this afternoon to find the entire giant Fedex Office staffed by 1 young person. 1 person?!? And that person happened to be helping a customer pack and ship a dozen large things. Didn't care that everything else was backed up. Didn't acknowledge anyone waiting. After waiting a while as if invisible--and very nervous because I was getting closer to the time of my very important business meeting--I told the staff person I have only 10 minutes and need to print a few color PDFs. I asked if that would be possible. She didn't answer: just told me that first she needs to help the person packing/shipping a dozen things. She told me I should just use the self service printers. If I wanted cheap paper/low quality prints on self service printers, I wouldn't have wasted my time coming to FO. But I decided to try anyway, since I was desperate now. Except that in the whole giant place--large enough to fit half a dozen copiers easily--there were only 2, and of course one was out of service. And others were using the 1 working machine. Terrible service. Terrible management. Terrible design (only 2 copiers/printers?). Totally left me high and dry...late to my business meeting, and with nothing in my hands. read more

Disappointed in the end service. Needed a box to travel with a Yeti cooler. After the cooler was boxed we realized the box was too big to take on board. A solution was found with the original retailer and I no longer needed the box. The manager still charged me the full $35 box+boxing fee. Not that she couldn't have charged the price but it would have been decent to at least waive the boxing fee since that wasn't needed in the end. read more

Buyer Beware. They loose your stuff and take absolutely no responsibility!!!! They delivered 2 fifty pound boxes and set them OUTSIDE the door of a 24-hr fully staffed dorm. Someone walked off with the stuff? Ya think?? It is the equivalent to setting a bag full of money outside a bank and thinking it will find its way into the bank vault. read more

This location had tremendous service, well attended, and friendly and clean environment!! I was assisted and any questions I had they answered promptly and sincerely! They made my day!! Worst customer service ever wasted almost an hour trying to print 150 color pages and could not get help. When I was finally helped they said in addition to the .65 cents per page I would be charged 35 cents per minute to use their computer . I will not come back here read more

FedEx Office fail. Sent in a document on line to be printed at 3 pm, confirmed to be ready for pickup by 6pm. Got here at 6:15 and the woman at the counter can't find my printouts, just the cover sheet for the job. She proceeds to spend 15 minutes wandering around complaining that she doesn't know what happened. She pulls the job up on the computer several times, but doesn't start it printing again. Several other employees interrupt her during this time to help other customers. Finally a different employee runs the job, but it's another 5 minutes before he realizes that he needs to reboot the printer before the job will start. Waited 30 minutes for 100 single-sided black and white pages. Next time I'll save my effort and just write them all out by hand instead of the "convenient" print services at FedEx Office. read more
