It seems trying to just get an estimate from this company is quite the task. We took a truck in 5 weeks ago for measurements. We're told at that point we would hear something in a couple days. After two weeks of not hearing anything I made a phone call to find out what the estimate was. I was told that they were really busy, they apologized and said they would get me a bid in the next couple days. Two weeks later after not hearing from them I called and was told that I would have to wait another week for an estimate. I guess they're just too busy to even give out estimates for work to be done. So if you're looking for something in way of a truck wrap.....I would suggest you look elsewhere if you are in any type of hurry. read more

It was disappointing to send an email to Larry -- at his request -- with a picture of the flag I was looking for, only to have to follow up two weeks later on my own to hear him say he can't get the flag (and he didn't even explain why). It's not about him not being able to obtain the product, rather the lack of courtesy in him not responding to my email to let me know. Rich and his team are rockstars! As a small business owner my cash flow is tight. First I went to two other sign companies and I was told I needed a new sign which was $500+. Then I was referred to Rich. When I spoke with Rich he said I didn't need a new sign I could re-use the old one and it only cost $180. He delivered and the sign looked great! read more

Last year this company was great. I got 8 stickers that I designed (for them) printed up for $35. This year, I needed the exact same sticker shrunk to smaller size. After coming down from $75, I was offered 3 stickers for $50. I am all for the little guy making a buck, but not by sticking it to the other little guy (me). read more

My banner fell apart months after I got it mounted at Sign-A-Rama. Richard did not offer to fix, or replace it. I went to Home Depot to find a solution, and haven't found anything yet. Their products fall apart easily, and their customer service is lacking. read more

It took them two weeks longer than my original promise date to complete a six inch sign, causing me to miss an important deadline. Then, when the sign was done it had jagged edges, was lopsided and had air bubbles between the decal and acrylic. Very horribly poor craftsmanship, especially considering the length of time it took to complete. Don't bother complaining, Rich and his unprofessional staff won't do a thing about it. Well, spoiler alert Rich: I just placed recurring monthly 1000 unit order with the sign shop in Vista. Too bad for you guys. read more

This is the first year that two of my boys signed up for soccer. Wouldn't you know it, I am the team mom for BOTH teams! lol I had reached out to a few other companies for help with getting banners made, but it was Sign-A-Rama that was IT for me. Under time pressure and with no knowledge of what needed to be done, I was given time, patience and a great price from them. I had been given the most obscure team names and team colors and all I had to do was give them an idea of what I was looking for and they ran with it-at no additional charge! (other companies had told me that for this service they were going to charge me design fees) They have open communication as they are quick to take advantage of technology. I was constantly in the loop via email and proofs. I even had a last second change to make on one of the banners and they were more than accommodating.
