I was told multiple times that the manager was not in and would call me back, but he never did. Unfortunately, it became clear afterward that he was simply yes-ing me to death. The job ultimately fell far short of what was promised. The vehicle wrap itself is poorly done. There are visible imperfections where areas were not wrapped properly. The interior sections are already peeling, and the area around the third brake light is peeling as well, something that should never happen with a quality wrap, especially given the amount of money I paid upfront. After several failed attempts to resolve these issues and numerous calls to the manager, I finally gave up trying to reach anyone who would take responsibility. I spent a significant amount of money, but did not receive the quality of work or level of service promised. I will be uploading photos to show the condition of the wrap. When I asked for help with packaging, I was basically told I had to do it myself and showed where the boxes were with the packaging materials. I told the gentleman that I did not know if it would fit. He didn't speak very good English and told me if it didn't fit I would have to go buy a bigger box and come back! He was also having trouble with the touch screen computer he was using with the woman in front of me. I waited 10 minutes and told him, "Fine, I'll go to UPS" and walked out! Absolutely no hospitality whatsoever! I will never send packages out from there ever again! My advice, Go to UPS in Swampscott where they met me at the door and couldn't do enough to help. They have PO Boxes here, you can obtain money orders here, and the usually have really nice stamps and stay up to date with newly released stamps. It is a smaller post office and while there is a little side lot, its not supposed to be used for usps customer, it is for the adjacent building and the business/customers there. There is street parking across the street and down a little bit further, with a handicap spot right out front.

I had to go to another post office to have my mail weighed. It took all of 1 minute. I was told from a few people that Lewis at the post office can be difficult. I have never been treated so poorly. The post office asks for a rating and the clerk can see what you click on. I was forced to give a good rating because he took a package of mine. I hope he mails it. We will see. Gave one star because I was forced too.
