I had 2 dozen hats embroidered at SoCal Impressions…read more I had never had anything like this done before and was learning as I went through the process. Dan was fantastic to work with, he couldn't have been more helpful. I brought in my own plain hats and a picture of a logo I wanted embroidered on them. Other businesses would not let me use my own hats that I had already purchased. Dan let me know that for future orders he could get the hats for me at a better price than I had paid, but we could use my hats since I already had them. He then recreated my logo on his computer because they need a file with the logo to be able to embroider it on items. He emailed me a sample of the logo for approval before they proceeded. Then he spent about an hour with me looking at different color combinations in addition to showing me around their business and explaining how the process works and the steps they take to ensure quality. The hats were done on time and I couldn't have been happier with the final product and the process of working with Dan and his team! My logo ended up taking more stitches than Dan had originally estimated but he didn't charge me any extra! I highly recommend SoCal Impressions to anyone who needs screen printing and/or embroidery done!!!

So I turned to Yelp and started asking around. That's how I ended up at Nlabs. Right off the bat, Nik was really freaking nice and had me come in asap to get a look at my car and to let me look at all the colors and brands he had available. I went in with a certain color in mind so I looked through ALL of his samples. Multiple times. Gotta give Nik major props for being so kind and patient with me through that in itself lol. He was very honest. He told me the brands he stands by and gave me all the information needed. He was never pushy. I never felt forced or pressured to give him my business. I left that day with a quote and all his contact info. Again, no pressure from him. I left not knowing I would end up getting my car wrapped with him. I went on to get different quotes from different businesses. Most of them made it sound like removing the old wrap was going to be a huge hassle. And you know what, maybe it was, but either way it had to get done. Not long after, I ended up reaching out to Nik again. I cannot stress how freaking kind and accommodating this guy is! That's mainly why I ended up going with him. And because he seems to have a true passion for what he does. And because he was very informative about every thing. And because he seemed as excited to wrap my baby as I was lol. The car turned out AMAZING! I got a color completely different from what I had in mind but my gosh it's beautiful. I wanted to love this company after reading the reviews, Lord knows I chose to pay more for my…read moreproject for that reason. This was a large windshield perforated decal with a couple qr codes. So I wanted it done well, and planned on having my local tinting company to install. The image arrived and well packed, but as soon as I opened it i seen the random line that was the same color as the qr code. I immediately covered it in marker to try and fix it, and i regret not taking an image first. Still, its pretty clear there's a line covered in marker there... so I emailed them. When I got no response I was getting pretty pissy, and if I'm being honest my email made clear I wasn't happy this wasn't caught after print. This morning I decided to leave feedback on their website, that got their attention. Within minutes I got a phone call berating me over my comments. Telling me he would have been open to reprinting but doesn't feel to do that because of my comments. The conversation came back to my unanswered email, and he admitted that would change things, and he would look into it and call back. He was true to his word, and truly a jerk. Condescending, arrogant, and full of excuses! .... that line doesn't show on my screen, it could have been part of the artwork, we can't contact everyone for every possible error." After all that attitude he reluctantly says he will reprint in effort to keep his customers happy. Well after those two calls, there is no going back to 'happy' with this company, and my soul is not for sale. Live, learn, share my experience, and let y'all decide for yourselves.

Thank you! We wanted to give one of our furniture pieces a makeover to match our new furniture set rather than buy something new for the tv. It worked out perfectly! I was wary at first when I saw the initial printwork, because the color seemed to have a grayish undertone and the wood markings we were going for were not as prominent as I hoped,but once we started adhering them to the tv panels, it adheres perfectly. We applied them slowly and carefully with the help of a soft microfiber towel to prevent any bubbling. We made sure to add a couple inches to the measurements to have enough edging to fold over each panel as well. We maneuvered a few of the printed sheets around the edges of our furniture piece to see more of the wood grain features in the print, and it lined up well. From a distance, the color white and print looked so much like our antique white wood furniture! Can't say enough at how much we love the results. Definitely recommend something like this to make over a space/furniture.
