Stay away from this place. They charge $0.32 per page to print, but then add a mandatory $3 "file access" fee just to open your document. It's nothing more than a hidden charge. It all works itself out, though. Eventually, these kinds of bad reviews catch up to businesses. Charging small, unnecessary fees ends up costing far more than the $3 they collect because people simply stop coming back. read more

Re: UPS Store 2279 on Lebanon Rd Nashville., Tried to mail my tax return and needed to pay for envelope and postage. Clerk said she couldn't mail it without seeing my photo ID to verify that I was the person mailing the envelope????? Said it's a UPS policy and store would get find. I refused to provide ID and went to USPS office mailed my return and asked if they had heard of such a requirement. They just laughed at me. read more

I'm taking my business elsewhere. I brought in an Amazon return exactly as Amazon had dropped it off on my porch. I never even opened the box. but the clerk told me it needed to be packed in a different box, which of course I did not have with me. This didn't make any sense to me, but when I asked for clarification, the manager (she said her name is Alyssa) came over and talked to me like I was a child. Then she told me to go to a different UPS location, and said goodbye several times to my face in a snarky voice. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and do not visit this store. read more

Just stood in line for 15 minutes and the when it was someone else's turn to get checked out, the girl announced that she had a task to do that would take 10 to 15 minutes and that she wouldn't be able to help anyone. She did not apologize. Having one worker during the Christmas season is absolute insanity. read more

We have tried to make a shipment in 2 different boxes. Both boxes were in good shape and shippable. They didn't offer to sell us a box or ways to get the shipment done. They just turned us away. Both the boxes we used were previously shipped by UPS and were acceptable. These employees don't want to help anyone or make sales. read more

For over 20 years I enjoyed the service at the UPS store at 2020 Fieldstone Pkwy in Franklin. I often mail a large number of boxes at one time and the staff was always quick to offer a helping hand unloading and carrying the packages. Their staff is professional and friendly. Since moving, I have mailed packages numerous times from this location on HWY 100 because it is on my way to work. I have come to disklike these interactions because the staff is unfriendly and has never offered any assistance with packages. Today I had several large boxes and asked the manager if there was a way to prop the door open, so I could carry in the large boxes. His response was, "no" and as usual made no attempt to offer any assistance. I drove to another UPS store to mail my packages where the staff assisted loading the packages on a cart and taking them inside. I would suggest the staff/manager at this store be coached in customer service and take some tips from the UPS store in Franklin. read more

I've been using this store for years to print off various business/promotional stuff on the go. Went in today to have one piece of paper for a temporary Insurance Membership card, and was charged $3.28...for something that took 10 seconds and one piece of paper. I was informed that they were under new ownership and that this is the new policy. Apparently instead of just printing out things for you now, they charge you for "computer time". Yeah, it's just 3 bucks, but I don't appreciate being nickled and dimed. I'll take all my other business elsewhere. read more

I use them all the time to do returns to Amazon. I order a lot online and maybe return 20 percent that was not as described or was not what I needed , had missing parts etc. I just print out my return label and drop off. They will print the label for you if you dont have a printer if it is an Amazon order. But they are always prompt and very helpful and friendly. The person that complained about a $3.00 charge for having his printing done as he said "many time without that charge' should maybe just buy a printer and not criticize a company for charging for their services. The deal they have with Amazon is a contracted deal with a major shipper and no one should expect free services unless they are paid for by the company you deal with. read more
