Great mechanic! Phenomenal customer service. I got into a bad car accident and the mechanic was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He was able to figure out my car's issues in a matter of hours and communicate them to me quickly and efficiently. I got my car back in three weeks and it drives better than ever! My sister got into an accident a few months before. Her car damages were nowhere close to being as severe as mine. She had to wait two months to get her car back and had to keep following up with her mechanic to get any kind of information. I highly recommend this company. Five stars. read more

Having never had an accident in Miami, I was unfamiliar with any reputable body shop. You see them as you drive around the county but I always prefer to get a recommendation from someone I know who has used their services. Calling upon a friend who had recently had her son's car worked on, I took her advice and went to see them. What I met with were professional and knowledgeable employees. So on a Friday I took my insurance estimate to their shop and explained what had occurred with my car as well as my need for expediency in order to keep my rental car costs down they assured me they could do the job in one day. They ordered the part and painted it over the weekend, I dropped my car off on Monday, they repaired it and I picked it up on Tuesday. The color was perfectly matched and because it was a front left driver side collision that resulted in the headlight to be replaced, they got the insurance company to throw in a new passenger side light so they would match in brightness. I have recommended them to other people and friends as I was totally impressed and satisfied with the out. I highly recommend them to all who read this review. read more

I am disappointed more by the lack of accountability. Second would definitely be workmanship. The owner Illan will act like your friend all the while lying through his teeth. The paint and body work will look good for a few years then fail. My first time at Magic Touch was five years ago. The car has been back 3x after I was hit. Not once did any of the workmanship last. Either overspray, bad alignment, or bad paint that turns yellow and chips off. Please view my attached photos!! He admitted to me it was his fault the white turned yellow. Magic Touch was paid to replace the entire quarter panel five years ago, instead he fixed it. I brought the car in last week for bubbling paint on the quarter panel he repaired. He told me it's not covered because it's 5 years old. But it turns out Magic Touch painted the quarter panel in 2015 as well! He refused to fix the panel, furthermore now refusing to repaint the roof that is turning yellow. 5 years of loyal business, over 15,000$ spent and still no desire to do the right thing. What a great find. Only a few miles from my home in Miami Shores. I got four quotes from body shops and their's was among the most reasonable. That did a great job of repairing some damage to our VW, paint match is perfect and the car looks like it just rolled out of the showroom. Service was excellent. I was looking for an auto paint shop that would be willing to paint a bedroom set with auto paint. I like to get that high gloss look that can only be achieved with auto paint. This was my first time ever searching for a body shop and Magic Touch appeared. I went there and WOW the amount of care they gave me and especially my car was unbelievable. I have a Bmw M4 with a lot of minor problems from carelessness. Anthony assured me the car would be better than when I first got it, and I took that chance. Upon receiving my car, I had many paint chips and peeling paint on my front bumper which couldn't even be found now which amazed me, and not to forget how shiny and perfect the car looked (till now its shining and I get compliments on my paint color!). My suspension issues were fixed and my car stopped pulling to the right which the dealer quoted me 7x more to fix this. I also had an abundant of lights on my dashboard which the dealer quoted me around $7,800 to fix this, and upon telling this to Anthony he quoted me $4,200 which seemed too good to be true. Now after driving my car for around 4 months after, no lights have appeared and its driving better than ever. I really recommend this shop not only because it is great on cost, but the work done and the care taken into my vehicle and for sure others is just UNBELIEVABLE!!! read more

Someone backed into my 03 dodge truck at work and dented the door pretty well. since i dont have full coverage any longer this was an out of pocket repair. I've taken my car and several others to Faraco Tip Top on 8th Street and 67 avenue. this is when i had insurance. i can tell you the cars drive out of there better than dealer showroom new!!! their work is a 10 out of 10. this time when i went for an estimate they were trying to nail me for something that didnt exist on the car to be replaced, which turns out about 400 dollars more than what the estimate should of been. i guess they figured since i had no insurance they would stiff me. Ok now to magic touch....i called carlos (the manager), very nice guy, but always very busy but made time to explain the repair and details. he told me to pass by immediately. he quoted me about 500 dollars cheaper than faraco. he told me when to drop off the car and delivered exactly when promised. i picked up my car and noticed they re-used one of the original door moldings. But i was told it was to save some money on my end, which is honestly true and it was barely noticeable unless you got close up. the work for me, a person who has seen dozens of body shop repairs, would honestly say its a 8 on a scale of 1-10. 8 being good and 10 being excellent show room new. so if your on a budget, which most of us are these days, i would recommend taking your car to Carlos at Magic touch. Good work at a good price. AND HONEST which in this industry you dont see alot lately. If you have insurance and someone else (like your insurance adjuster) is on top of the body shops making sure they are being honest with the repair bill, then i guess go to FARACO for the good work. For me, magic touch has earned another life long customer. read more
