This bowling alley was a cute local spot to spend some time with friends. There was no wait on a Sunday afternoon, and prices were very reasonable. The lane itself was INSANELY oiled. The balls came back with literal drips of oil on them, and it got on our clothing it was so oily. So we didn't love that. Shoes were clean and odor free, drinks from the bar were decent. I felt bad for the bartender. He was alone and it was busy in the lounge area, so drinks took some time. The arcade is small, but kept our 8 year old busy for a bit as well. read more

Had our 11 year olds birthday party there and it was an absolute joke. We had to pay $42 for the host that didn't host. Party was suppose to include a birthday shirt which we was informed at the party only when I asked about it. Was not given the bowling pin until after all the kids left which we wanted to have them sign it. Was not given the balloon bouquet until we went to pay smh. It was the biggest joke and I highly do not recommend it!!! read more

Friends decided to go bowling last weekend and although Signature is probably the newest bowling alley in town it felt dirty. The bathrooms smelled disgusting. Haven't bowled in years so can't compare prices with other lanes but was surprised at the price for a lane at $25 -per hour then $2.50 for shoe rentals. The service was slow, they had three employees behind the counter but only one seemed to know how to use the register. Highly disappointed. Hope this was a fluke but I will not be in any hurry to go back. Although we had fun bowling, will try another bowling alley nearby next time. read more

Took my daughter there two weekends ago for a couple of hours to bowl. All in all we bowled 3 games. The cost was average, which was great for it being such a nice facility. There was a lot of staff on hand that was very helpful. It wasnt hard to tell though that one of the employees (a man maybe in his 30s?) was either high as a kite or strung out on something. His eyes were hazy and he looked off. It didnt affect our visit, but I thought it would be worth noting. Midway through our first game, we decided to take a break and walk down the way to order some food from the Snack Bar (it's really food from their adjoined restaurant, Sigs). We decided to get an order of hotzarella sticks to start, they were spicy & quite yummy! My daughter ordered the chicken fingers basket & tater tots, while I got the BLT with extra bacon & fries. The chicken basket was average, but my BLT was spot on and tasted fresh! After we finished bowling, we walked down to the "arcade" to see what it was all about. It almost looks as though the area is an afterthought, like the owners said "Hey, let's throw a few crappy games in there just for the aesthetic effect". Half of the games didnt work, and those that did were plum out of tickets. One game we played spit out tickets saying USA SKATING RINK.. pretty obvious where they got their secondhand games from. And if u plan to turn those tickets into prizes, prepare to be frustrated. The machine that counts the tickets was faulty, we had a hard time selecting our prize choice. Once my daughter chose, she didnt even get the prize she wanted but the neighboring one next to it. I'd recommend getting rid of that piece of junk and having an actual employee beyond a prize counter. All in all, if u are going to advertise an arcade, make sure it's not embarrassing like the one here. I highly suggest either going all in on an arcade experience (games that work, actually pay out tickets, a prize counter), or selling what games has already been purchased and use that part of the facility for something else. I rated 4 stars because the price was fair, the food was great, and the facility is nice. I am considering a birthday party for my daughter this upcoming October, hopefully they can make some changes before then! read more

Everything was great. The prices are on par with other alleys like it. Food and drinks are good and the service for them is good as well. We paid $35 on a Wednesday night for 5 people to bowl for an hour (with shoes) and then the staff was kind enough to let us finish the rest of our second game that we couldn't quite fit into our hour. read more

My group's outdoor field trip was cancelled last minute due to weather. Signature Lanes were so kind. They let us bring our class to bowl on such short notice, and were patient and friendly. Everyone had a GREAT time. I highly recommend this friendly business. read more

We come here every weekend that our grandkids come to visit! Kids love to bowl, ages 4, 4, 8 & 9. Food is good every time. Like the staff too! A great way to spend 2 to 3 hours and not that much expense! read more

Website is making me select a star for the rating.....but I'd give them ZERO STARS!!! This will be a long review but well worth the read if you are thinking about using this facility for your event. Whatever you do, get any and all agreements in writing because this place will do anything to get out of doing what they promised to do. I used this place for an event back in 2013. I had set up special arrangements with the kitchen manager to have different items on the menu that would be available for purchase by attendees in our party. This was for a weight loss class, so prior arrangements were made to have healthier options at the concession stand. Not only were none of the items we had prearranged there on the day of the event; none of the staff working that day had any knowledge of our event, and the kitchen manager didn't even bother to show up to ensure everything was running smoothly. We had at least 50 attendees that day. I brushed it off as an isolated incident. BOY WAS I WRONG! I decided to use the facility again a couple weeks ago for a birthday party. We rented a party room for a couple hours then were taking the party into the bar for the remainder of the evening (9PM-1AM). I had stopped in on a couple occasions to make reservations for a room and speak with the bar manager about entertainment for the bar the evening of the party. We had also had a few phone conversations regarding preparations. In all, there were about 1/2 dozen conversations prior to the party. The agreement had been made BY THE MANAGER that she would cover the cost of the DJ for our event if we brought the people. I told her how many invites we had sent out, which was 30. She never gave a minimum requirement that was contingent upon her following through with the payment. At 7pm when the party started in the party room; we had 15 attendees. Several of whom made their way to the bar upon arrival to start drinking. In all there were 4-6 trips made for beer and shots in the bar during the dinner/cake portion of the party (approx. 4 people each trip). Once we moved into the bar there were more attendees that showed up. We started out with 8 in the bar and 9 who stayed out to bowl first (3 were minors). Those bowling came into the bar to purchase drinks and take them back out with them. 45 minutes into the party in the bar, the manager approached the DJ and told him she wasn't paying his fees because we only had 8 people there. At this time he (the DJ) approached us and told us what she said. Within this time 4 more people showed up. Once I found out what she said I hunted her down to have a conversation. While I was walking out into the bowling alley, 4 more people showed up for the party. So there were 16 in the bar and 9 bowling (there were also 4 more en route). In total we had 29 of the 30 invited. The whole situation was humiliating. It was my boyfriend's birthday party. Our choices were to stay and foot the bill for the DJ, which would've doubled our budget, and which we were also NOT prepared to do because THE BAR MANAGER SAID SHE WOULD PAY (all the while reaping in the profits); or go elsewhere, which we did. This place is 0 for 2 on events. I will NEVER use this facility again. After battling back and forth and speaking to the owner I finally got them to pay 1/2 the fees for the DJ. I was on the hook for the other 1/2. What they did was dirty, underhanded, and unprofessional. His argument is I called to book the DJ. I told him the last thing I said to his manager was "do you want me to call and put this on the books, or would you like to call him?" she said I could do it. Apparently this was her "out". Also, if she is sticking by her story that she never said she would pay the DJ, why did she approach him that night to tell him she wasn't paying? I wouldn't refer this place to anyone, for any reason. One of the last things the owner said to me was he is "the best place in town". No, he is "the only place in town" and what he lacks in quality he makes up for in volume. Quality and customer service are NOT at the forefront of his business. Nor is having a good reputation. One of the waitresses pulled me aside and told me not to back down as they have had lots of complaints. I wouldn't refer them if they were the LAST place in town. read more

Currently sitting in their bar waiting for 2 pizzas to go. When I ordered I the server told me she was too busy to check and see how long the pizzas would take. I paid and sat at the bar to wait. It took two waitresses 22 minutes to ask if I wanted a drink - and the exact comment was, "Oh, I didn't know you wanted anything". HOW WOULD SHE? I was never asked. Was there Saturday for a bowling event with my husbands work. I really really impressed with how clean it was. We received our shoes quickly and the pizza was delicious. Normally when I leave a bowling alley I just feel dirty but this was really nice. Plenty of space to sit and I liked that we could tell them who wanted bumpers and they would pop up automatically every time. I will definitely be back! read more

Very great place. A relative of mine owns this. Has an excellent conference room that is good for parties, gatherings, etc.

We called in over Christmas break and they said they had open bowl 11-5pm. We went in at 4:15 and they were cleaning the lanes for league bowling and had a waiting list for the lanes that were being used. When you call in they should tell you that league bowl is tonight and we have limited bowling, The guy was rude at the desk and said we cant tell when you call if its going to be busy or not. Not a very customer friendly place in my opinion. read more
