They arrived 15 minutes early and texted me to let me know they had arrived (I specified that I would like a text). The compact SUV was new and clean and there was cool water and salty snacks waiting for me. The driver Joe was really nice and friendly. We got to the airport in about 45 minutes as expected. The whole experience was very Jet Blue / Virgin America -esque...young, hip, unpretentious and fun-loving. Even their website is simple and sleek. It was very refreshing. However, the delay and the inaccurate arrival estimates created unnecessary anxiety. When I contacted the company the next day to request acknowledgment and adjustment to their charge, I was told I had only waited three minutes and was informed I am no longer welcome to use the service.
