Extremely disappointed because the first time they did a great job. This time not so much. Stovetop not cleaned. Shoe prints left all over the floor. Looks like they didn't dry the floor properly. Floor was also not very clean. Supplies left behind. Kitchen counter top was sticky. They definitely rushed through this. I understand it was right before a holiday weekend but I paid for service and that service should've been as excellent as it was the first time whether or not they were anxious to get home. $170?? I don't know where to begin. I was really hoping that this would've been a very high quality service. I paid $140.00 for a deep clean in my 2-1 house less than 900square feet. Fairly small. I was unable to be home so my mother opened the door the ladies. Immediately noticed that one lady was on the phone. My mother noticed that they didn't move anything so she asked them too. They raised their voice and refused and didn't even move my plant to clean under. I arrived from work and immediately called this was not something I wanted to deal with after a long day. The photos attached will show all areas missed including, bathroom , countertop, baseboards, floors , couch. You will see a photo of my swifter just living room floors and the swifter mop again just living rooms floors. Very obvious that it wasn't worth $140.00. The lady on the phone was nice and listened but was defensive of her workers. Asking me what they did the whole time and I said an average job not a deep clean. She said I will refund you $30.00 hopefully, I will receive this credit. I have never seen a deep clean so poor quality for such a small house. read more

I sent them pictures showing the bad quality of the service, they told me they would address the issue. I waited 10 days, but they nver got back to me. Scheduled service with Signature Maids and first time the service was not the best. I never used a cleaning service and was not asked to inspect before they leave. I had to suggest that I do so. Luckily I did and found some obvious items that were not cleaned. The seasoned employee blamed it on the person who was with her telling me that she was new and that is why items were missed. Important to note that items she was responsible for were missed as well. Figured I would give them another try but both appointments canceled-one the day before and the other the day of. I just bought a house in Fort Lauderdale. it was in desperate need of a thorough cleansing before i could move in. I called a handful of cleaning companies that either never called me back, or no-showed when we had an appointment. This company took my call right away, and scheduled me for the next morning. They showed up on-time, and brought absolutely everything they would need to do the job properly. They sent two women who were both very professional, and friendly. They also did a very good job and left no surface un-cleansed. When they finished, they insisted that i walk through with them and inspect the job they had done to make sure i was satisfied with their performance. I was quite satisfied. I feel comfortable moving in now. if i ever use a cleaning service to clean my house again, i will call these people first. They were also very reasonably priced. read more

After two attempts and confirmed bookings very disappointed that they called me to tell me they are booked. When I explained it was their website that had the available slots, she said sorry we're booked. I thought because I was a returning customer it would make a difference and they would find a way but it didnt, so I am very disappointed. I guess I will find another service. Called back on Tuesday got ahold of a different person who assured me they would look at the emailed photos and get right back to me. Did not happen. Update: it has now been almost 3 weeks since I first contacted them and sent photos asking for a refund because it was not clean and I ended up scrubbing everything myself. I've called multiple times a week and keep getting told someone will call me back and no one has gotten back to me. Be on the look-out for the following tactics by this company: * They will create an account under your name without your knowledge * They will schedule future (recurring) service appointments without your knowledge and/or approval * They will charge you $50.00 if you do not cancel the recurring service: the same recurring service that they created without your consent. FYI: I E-Mailed them regarding cancellation but still kept receiving E-Mail reminders of the appointment. Therefore, the E-Mail cancellation request may not be reliable with this company. SPECIAL NOTE: I never created an account with them, I only requested a one-time service, and yet, somehow, they claim that I had given them 5 stars for their service. Hmmm? I paid $175.00 for a detailed clean-up of a COMPLETELY EMPTY apartment that I was scheduled to move into a week after the clean-up. We used this company because our regular cleaning service was unavailable and WOW! I was at work so I left the key therefore I have no idea who cleaned my home but they did a fantastic job. As I walked up I could smell the clean! Once I opened the door I immediately did a happy dance. They not only cleaned my 3/2.5 quickly but they also organized my laundry room and changed the sheets on my twins cribs and changing table! We will be using this company from now on. I called and was able to get an appointment same day if I wanted to. My regular company makes me wait several days so this is a HUGE plus. If you're considering using Signature Maids just do it. I would normally feel badly about leaving a bad review, but I gave this company three chances only for them to cost me more money every time. For a while they would come once a month and do a pretty decent job (for a bachelor pad). Then I moved in with my boyfriend and I felt the cleaning just wasn't up to par. I would come home and lift my appliances and/or fruit bowl off the counter and I'd realize they hadn't cleaned under anything so I would have to re-clean after paying someone to clean my house. I hire a cleaning company to make sure I have one less thing to do during the week so you can imagine my disappointment when I come home and realize my house only looks clean from afar. The second time I had a problem was when I came home and saw bleach stains on my stairs. When my bf contacted the owner, he said he would have one of the maids come and take pictures of the stains for him to asses the damage and possibly reimburse us. That never happened. I still have bleach stains on the carpet up my stairs and he hasn't taken any accountability for it. The final and last straw for me however, was when I came home to find dry-clean only laundry in the dryer. There is no way the maids could have mistaken my dry cleaning for dirty laundry. I have never asked them to wash or dry any of my laundry. My dirty laundry is in a hamper, my dry cleaning was in the spare bedroom. I won't ever bash a business, but this is just too much. I guess the saying runs true-- if you want something done the right way, do it yourself. read more

Signature Pool Services and Signature Maids are the same Owner. 1. Ulises the pool guy rarely does what he says he is accomplishing on the leave-behind door hanger. I know because I work from home and check outside a few times per day. 2. Many times I am digging silver circles out of my pool from the tops of the chemical bottles he is using... the garbage is ten steps away. 3. pH was decreased so severely that I had cloudy water for days and after 2 Non-responses from the company I tested the water and bought pH Increase myself and fixed it. 4. A dremel-like tool was used to dig out the hole in the cover to accommodate bigger fingers... hmm? I wonder who that could be seeing as I am a girl with small fingers and they fit fine for the 3.5 years I've lived here. Who told you you could damage my property? 5. I cancelled 2-3 weeks ago (freezing my credit card at same time and taking pictures of both emails sent) and I finally get a call saying that they recognize I have cancelled. 5. Today, guess who is in my driveway at 9am? This is why I froze the credit card - I just knew something would be pulled like this. 6. I tell the guy "I cancelled the services weeks ago". I don't speak English. "I cancelled you guys 2--3 weeks ago". My English is not very good. I call them up and say "Look, I cancelled you guys weeks ago and here he is in my driveway, he does Not understand English." Arrrrrgh!! Literally THE WORST. Scheduled them, they cancelled the day of because they were "over booked", they re-scheduled again for the following week. Then they cancelled again!.. OK rescheduled to give them benefit of the doubt. They tried to cancel again!!!! The day before. After calling them to find out what the heck is going on over there, they said they would be there at 12:30. I finally took a chance and hired Signature Maids to clean our home. There were two girls that came to clean. While they cleaned our home, they stuck together the entire time in the same space, all the while chatting with each other (in spanish) the entire time. It became annoying. It would have been nice if one of them went to one side of the house while the other one cleaned the other side, but they stayed withing literally a few feet apart. (chatting non-stop). I notice they cut ALOT of corners! When I asked them to go back over something they never did in the first place she had a bit of an attitude. The floors that they supposedly have done looked horrible. I asked her to please use a regular mop to mop our floors and she became upset. She complained to me that our house was very dirty. First of all, it was not that bad for it was just cleaned three weeks prior and secondly, this is why I hired them to begin with..... to clean our house! Even though I was not pleased with the quality of cleaning, I still tipped both girls $20 each! I would never use them again and would definitely not recommend this company. read more
