After going two times today when I asked a question about my nail that was going to have a design on it I was snapped at and told to let her do her job and it next time her sister would be doing my nails. It's no wonder that this place only has two stars and many poor reviews. My mother went in for a gel manicure and the technician did an awful job and even hurt her. When she asked them to stop they gave her attitude. She then said she was going to leave but they refused to let her leave with unless the nail polish was removed. She agreed to this and the manager who was also rude, did a lousy job removing the gel polish. All she did was scrape off a layer with the drill. My mom had to go home and use acetone, cotton balls and aluminum foil herself to remove the rest. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

HORRIBLE! Absolutely horrible this place is. I decided to treat myself earlier this week by getting my nails done. I scheduled an appointment and the customer service honestly wasn't that bad and the person that picked up the phone was really sweet to me which made me think this was going to be a good trip...WRONG! I will be adding a photo for you guys to see but what I asked for was a simple "natural" looking acrylic nails with the grey/purple color you see the photo and it clearly did not turn out as expected. The paint was not applied well as you can see the lines and lumps. They made my nail bed bleed because they can't do one thing right. The nails were poorly cut and looks like my 4 year old son did my nails. Not to mention it cost me $50 for THIS. If your are looking for a place that will give you the treatment you deserve then you should NOT go here!!! read more

Incredibly rude service from the person who took my money to the technician that did my pedicure. I thanked both of them and got no response from either. The technician swiped my freshly painted toes with the towel but didn't bother to fix the nails. Water was freezing so I asked for a bit warmer water, which ended up being scalding. I have been going to this nail salon in the mall for about two years on and off . The owner / manager is super stand offish and has no customer service at all !! The nail tech known as Tommy talks so much trash about customers to other customers So unprofessional in there !! Do not go here unless you want to be talked about behind your back .. I am an excellent tipper and just expect to get what I pay for nothing more and nothing less . Rude disrespectful staff half of them have no clue how to do nails and they lift within a week. If you do go there have Anna do your nails she is a professional and is the only one I trust to do my nails correctly . Bought a gift certificate several months back for my girlfriend to get a Mani/Pedi, she went up there today to use it and the staff refused to accept it because "We changed owners". Even though the certificate had yet to expire they did not honor it. Had they honored it, they might have earned repeat business and praise but now they earn my disdain and dissatisfaction. DO NOT GO HERE! This place has HORRIBLE customer service. My brother got me a gift certificate last Christmas. I lost it right after he gave it to me. I just found it, a year and 3 months later. Went and got my service done - nothing great by any means. Place was dirty, utensils were filthy, employees looked grungy - pretty much what I expected. After I gave the gift certificate they came back and told me I couldn't use it because it expired 3 months ago (1 year expiration). The manager would not give in. I am sorry but we now paid you 2ce. Are you having that bad of a business that you couldn't let me use it?! I looked up the Florida rules and it CLEARY states gift certificates cannot have an expiration date. The place is a joke. Worst nail salon ever, the ladies there were rude. I was simply trying to explain to her what I wanted and the length and she kept having an attitude when i told her i wasn't satisfied with the length and that i wanted the nails longer before she applied the acrylic, she simply took my other hand and cut the nails longer and when i asked her about the other side and how it wasn't even one of the ladies snapped back and said that they can take it off and i can go somewhere else, ( mind you i was on a limited schedule ) so i asked her to fix it and she still barely even made them even, my pinky finger nail is all bumpy and uneven. The worst! Needed an eyebrow wax so I stopped in. The only thing the tech said to me was to go in the room. She was on her headset phone the entire time, not paying attention and being rough. Dripped wax on my eyelid and instead of wiping it off, she pressed the strip on it, hard against my eyeball, then pulled it off! She started tweezing, grabbing more skin than hairs, and boy did I feel it when she pulled out a chunk of hairs by mistake. Now have a bald spot and tiny little sides where she tried to adjust them. I really wish I would have got up and left halfway through like I wanted to. She was still talking on the phone as I left. Walked right in without an appointment. The staff got to us (we were a party of 3) in just a few minutes. The pedicures were awesome--they even include hot stone massages! A few days later though and they were already peeling :( I haven't had gels done very much, but I think they're supposed to last longer than a few days without peeling... My pedicure seemed fine until I put my shoes on to leave and felt a pain in my toe. Figured it was nothing and got my gel manicure. Fast Forward 3 days and my toe is still painful and red seems she cut my toe when shaping my nails. So now I have to deal with this mess of fixing the pain and getting the redness and swelling to go down. And not to mention my gel manicure is already falling off.
