HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I came in to treat myself to a pedicure and Gel-X since I hadn't done my nails in months. It started when the technician told me gel polish for the pedicure was $15. That was my first red flag because it's usually around $10 at most places. About 10 minutes later, they got a phone call, and I overheard her quote someone else $35 for a pedicure and $45 for gel...a completely different price. I didn't say anything at the time because I was in a good mood and just wanted to relax. During the pedicure, she was scrubbing very aggressively, but I assumed it was part of the heel exfoliation. Afterward, I realized I had an actual cut on my foot that wouldn't stop bleeding. That alone was upsetting. Then another technician started my Gel-X service and asked if I wanted to pay an extra $15 for a manicure. I was shocked because the manicure prep (filing, cuticle care, and nail prep) is supposed to be included with Gel-X. I asked for clarification, and she said Gel-X was $55, but the prep was extra. I've been getting Gel-X for years and have never been charged separately for basic prep. That's standard and necessary for the service. As she continued, it became clear she was about to apply the extensions without properly prepping my nails. At that point, I told her I didn't want to continue. She became visibly upset, stormed off, and started speaking to her coworkers. They immediately removed the hot wax from my feet and rushed me out, skipping the massage portion that normally comes with the pedicure. The money isn't the issue...I understand nail services can be expensive, and I always tip $5. The problem was the inconsistent pricing, being charged extra for things that should be included, the poor service, and most importantly, being cut during my pedicure. I'm now limping because it hurts to walk. To make matters worse, they also charged an extra $2 on my card without telling me. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would not recommend coming here if you value transparency, proper service, and basic care and safety. DONT COME HERE read more

Found this place by chance as I was picking up food and decided to try them since my usual nail salon is in Los Angeles and a little far at times. I am so happy I found this place! All the nail techs are super nice and their service is amazing! Super affordable too! Decided to bring my mom here to try them and she absolutely loved it here! They accept walk-ins which was great! I love how they give you the remote for the massage chair and you can keep pressing it as much as you want! Other places charge after the first 20minutes! Normally I am very satisfied with the service and final result after getting a fill but this time, I was left highly unsatisfied. Normally Sandy is the one who does my nails, but this time around it was the new guy they just hired, not sure of his name. It took a really long time (about 90 minutes from start to finish). I also wanted a square shape, but when he was dont filing my nails, they were really rounded at the edge and it was too late to say anything. When I got home, I realized that some of my nails werent fully coated with the top coat and caused them to look bumpy. After about 2 days, my nails started to chips and the acrylic was also chipping. It was as if my nails werent fully cured, which is why they started to peel/chip. All this to say, I'm not happy with my nails this time around. read more

Both sat at the front desk eating in front of the customers. It's rude, disgusting and unsanitary!! Would you allow your technicians to eat out front?? I highly doubt it! It was a last minute decision to get my nails done for a 5 day vacation, the welcoming in was really warm! They even pushed my boyfriend to get a pedicure. I wanted a short French tip, the older man asked me if I wanted it hand painted or done with the tips, I said whatever was easier it doesn't matter! He said "it does matter because painted is more" so I went with the tips! After he cut them down, he didn't verify if it was long or short enough, I just decided it wasn't gonna look how I wanted it to so I asked him to paint it all just a solid white! He got upset and laughed "that's funny, these are new tips, next time say something earlier" or something amongst those lines and it immediately ruined the entire experience, my boyfriend saw my mood change and I just wanted to get out. I'm never one to speak up, but I didn't think it was a big deal to change it to a solid white? After applying clear acrylic when I asked for SOLID WHITE, he asked me if I was sure I wanted to paint over it because he thought they looked good. I said yes I was sure and he started speaking in another language and all the workers in there started peeking at my nails and they talked amongst each other. Besides the service, the nails themselves were horrible. Gel not fully cured, cuticles weren't cleaned properly with the drill bit so the grow out looks ugly. They also don't sanitize their tools, I watched them all pick up dirty nail files. My nails are peeling and bubbling from the uncurled gel underneath. I still tipped him 10 and that's a thank you for the service, but it wasn't good and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more
