I absolutely love going to KK Nails! The salon is always incredibly clean, organized, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Everyone there is so friendly and professional, and they really make you feel comfortable and taken care of. The nail art they do is AMAZING -- every design is detailed, creative, and done with so much care. No matter what idea I bring in, they always make my nails look even better than I imagined. My favorite nail tech is Travis, and he always does an incredible job. He's talented, patient, and pays attention to every little detail. I highly recommend KK Nails to anyone looking for beautiful nails, great customer service, and a clean, relaxing atmosphere. Definitely my go-to nail salon!

I came in asking for gel x short and she kept trying on the medium and I told her I didn't want that. She said it wouldn't look good. And I told her to keep shaving it down and she wouldn't. I have half of the nail underneath without the glue and the other half w it too high. If I don't like it I'll say something, but she just kept commenting that I should lean back and I look uncomfortable the whole time. And some things she said during the appointment were not nice at all. It sucks because the place itself is nice and they offer beverages during your services. But I won't be recommending this place to anyone.
I messaged KK Nails for same day availability and was invited to come right in. I was greeted by the front desk (I am so sorry, I forgot to ask for your name) before I even stepped fully into the shop and was seated quickly with Mya. They both immediately offered snacks and a beverage. I had a removal and a new gelx set with French tips, and I was in and out in almost an hour. Mya's French tip work is beautiful, and I noticed she takes the time to touch up the edges with white polish once the set is complete. While the process was quick and my nails look great at first glance, my only issue is that a lot of glue was used on the nails and do not come out looking clean. There is a visible gap underneath the gelx nail when viewed closely, which now I have to make sure nothing gets stuck in that gap. For the amount of money I spend, I'm hoping to go somewhere that would take their time applying the nails and not have a crazy amount of glue. My cuticles were not even touched. As much I love Mya's French, I won't be returning.
This place is the cutest! Me and my daughter were in need of pedicures one Sunday - we'd driven by this location almost daily as it is sooo close to our home. Finally we had a chance to stop in. This place boasts well rounded service: a menu of spa services that include facials and eyelashes. What's more is they offer complimentary drinks: mimosas, soda, and coffee (the coffee hit the spot!). We were "walk-ins" but I'd suggest making an appointment ahead of time. It seems like they can become busy. The store is split in two with spa chairs lining all three walls and three bays for acrylic nail design. Service was great and we were taken care of. The vibe is bright and cheerful. Reception staff took good care of us. The only *minor* drawback is that it appeared the workers had their children there - I imagine this isn't the case all the time, so I can overlook it. The kids were cute, well-behaved, and amused me. But, I don't know other customers' threshold for mixing family with business. We were pleased with our pedicures and service and will return. Prices were moderate but well worth it!

I've been here before, and one thing that always stands out is how thoughtful they are. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They even offer refreshments, which is such a nice touch and something I haven't experienced at other salons. I know they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their work. I'm so grateful they were able to rescue my nails, and I'll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!
The vibe is super cute here. You're welcomed as soon as you walk in, you're asked which services you would like, you're offered a free complimentary drink during your service, and the nail techs are very nice. Maya did my nails exactly the way I wanted them, and their prices are very reasonable. You're getting exactly what you're paying for here and that's more than enough for me to come back.

My daughter and I came here for the first time on a Saturday. Staff were very welcoming and took us right away. I was assigned to Lily and I had a hard gel overlay manicure on my natural nails. My daughter was assigned to Maya and she got her first full set of acrylics. Both ladies are a master at their craft and took our nail inspiration pictures and made them their own. We both loved how our nails turned out. We also met Hannah, the salon manager, and she was very affable and always smiling. Seems like the service I got just a month ago was a one time thing! I should've known something was off when I booked the appointment - it felt like she wasn't paying attention and rushed the call. All she heard was nails and sure come in. This was my first time getting a new Gel X set - the first visit was just a fill from my old set. And now I regret the fill even more. First, let's start with the service and vibes. No genuine greeting or warmth. Personally, I've come to expect this from nail salons but at least at my usual salon, they make sure the environment is quiet enough for customers to enjoy the experience without talking amongst each other. The first time I came, must of been a good day: greeted, offered the complimentary drink and treated like what their running video was showing. Sadly I was only offered water and that felt forced. My daughter who got her nails done for the first time didn't get offered anything. Kinda funny when the tv screen showing their video said "complimentary drinks." It's not about the drink, it's about claiming a certain service and experience. Like they say, don't put out a vibe you can't keep up with. My new set with removing my old set took about 40mins - 40mins! I've never had nails done in 40mins lol. I asked for almond but got almond round even when I asked to make it sharper. My nails weren't cut evenly and removed well, the cuticles weren't cleaned which is typical for a new set; and this became more visible after (see pics). The polish pattern is uneven. Bottom line, service was rushed and they weren't happy to be of service. I've always been one to make sure to say something and is what I teach my daughters for services we pay for, but there's situations (like this one) it won't make a difference and you just have to eat the cost and take the loss. But never never again do you come back! The vibes being off, workers not friendly and a language barrier - will not change anything and would be fear of some kind of retaliation and more talking amongst each other. The shop clearly has a good following. They really push for reviews- my first time, I was told countless times to post a review. And I'm sure they have their days and maybe even favorite customers. Sadly it wasn't the case for me and my daughter. I only checked this place out due to the reviews, close proximity because my shop is in Walnut and my lady is away on vacation. And that's even more interesting and makes me feel crappy because 3yrs later with my other salon I visit, I haven't posted a review, been seeing the same lady for 3yrs with the same consistent service to the point I don't tell her what I need and she simply asks if it's the same, and the salon has less reviews than this place but I can guarantee you the service and ambiance is noticeably differently better. read more

I usually just go for plain nails, but this time I showed Maya a design from Instagram and she literally did it exactly how I wanted, like spot on. I really love how it turned out, I keep looking at my nails. Everyone there was super nice and friendly, and Maya was actually really funny so the whole time felt easy and not awkward. They even offer drinks and snacks which was a nice touch. I walked out really happy, and honestly for the quality the price is worth it.
