This dealer isn't 500downnow.com & I made a mistake coming here because i had an appointment with 500downnow in Newark. When i got here they told me they were the same dealer as 500downnow and even acted like they were the ones i spoken to on the phone. Long story short they told me $5000 down payment and i left while driving home then i received a from called 500downow asking if I'm making it to my appointment. When i arrived to 500downnow's dealership they told me everything about this copy cat dealership and many like them! Then it all made sense to me what was going on. filled out an application. said I was approved. only needed my income and the 500 down and 500 in fees. I took a flight to them, which cost me $404. get there. sat there over and hour while everyone talked and whatever. finally someone comes out and tells me I can't get approved coz of a repo with a bank they use. I told them upfront about the voluntary repo and I was told all will be fine. I walked out and had to spend another $400 on a flight home, with obviously no car. don't believe the hype. it's all nonsense. so upset I wasted my time and money...just to be lied to. read more

I made an appointment to possibly get a vehicle and the owner left me A very unprofessional and disrespectful text messag. All because I could make it there at 10Am. I'm going to copy and paste because I can't upload the screenshot. Also they're pretty much scammers. They will get u in a car with the worse credit in the world as long as you have proof of income. "But" they will tell u to bring 1000-2000 back in a week or 2 and if you don't they won't give you your license plate when they come. They also tell you that when the bank calls you to tell them you put down 5000 when u actually gave them 500. At the end of the day I get a car but will have to bring back more money. SKETCHY AF. I checked with a lady called Leslie and she told me they had the car I wanted so I took a drive there at the time we scheduled 10am. I arrived to the lot and it was closed with really old cars. So I wasted my time driving there and not 1 worker was there. I guess they all slept in. Very professional! Their inventory is a joke! Totally not what they advertise online. The place is just a scam to bring you in and get you. People please google map this area and see for yourself. So this place has tons of rave reviews are on their Facebook page, almost too many to be believable, and I should have went with my gut feeling about that. To start, their website list 256 vehicles available; trust me THIS IS BULLSH*T! I don't think there's more than maybe 25-30 vehicles to chose from. Had we known this, we never would have taken the hour plus drive there to look at a specific vehicle we saw on their site, but there we were. We were greeted by a young girl, I believe her name was Jessica (at least that's the name I think was scribbled with window markers on her "office" door). We told her about the vehicle we were interested in that we saw on their website, and asked if it was still available. Her reply was "let's go outside and check". Two steps out the door & a 2 second scan of the lot...nope, it's not here. She asks "well, do you see anything else you like?" Ummmm....no thank you. Now we go back inside so she can check and see about the vehicle we were asking for. She leads us into what I'm guessing is her office, where she jots down our name and phone number and once again asks "so you didn't see anything else you like?" No we did not. Meanwhile I'm waiting for her to look up information about this vehicle we were hoping to see and she was going to "check on"; that never happened. I pull up their website on my phone and show her the SUV we're talking about, thinking maybe it would ring a bell. She looks at the picture and says "oh yeah, that one, that went back to auction cause it was messed up" Wait....what? Messed up? Like messed up how? and hold on, since when can you return a vehicle you purchased at an auction? and is that what happened to the other 200+ vehicles you have listed for sale? I mean Jessica, are you seriously listening to yourself? Please don't waste your time and definitely not your money on this place. They gave me a price through Facebook, I made an appointment and for one thing the person I was talking to was no where to be found and then the price was much higher than what I was told.Complete waste of time. They will tell you false information. Sold me a Impala after 2 months check engine light comes on (fuel pump module). Call 3 days in a row person who sold me the car (O) just happens to be busy and can't return calls. On the 4th day O happens to answer and I informed him about the issue. After him placing me on hold for 5 minutes comes back to the phone in a very unprofessional manner "don't you owe me money" (which is not true) then says "well it's nothing i can help you with and hangs up.
