I spend money here 2 or 3 times a month. I love my hometown movie theater! I have never had a bad experience.

We went Christmas Day with prepaid tickets to Song Sung Blue. They promptly refunded our tickets because they had changed the showing to a different room and changed the timefrom 3:20 to 2:30, no email or test!!! We had already missed 35 minutes. Drove an hour to get there so next showing was 4 hours later. We went home thoroughly disappointed!. read more

Nice theatre and seating is really good. However, don't ask for more butter on your popcorn or you just might get a sloppy mess with nasty attitude. I should have requested a manager and a different popcorn. I got the dumb state of a teenage girl who hates her job or people or both. Concessions over priced. Previous drinks and popcorn were refillable for $.50. No longer available. Encourages movie goers to bring their own. Management might reconsider.. read more

We moved to the valley 6-7 months ago after living in big cities. If this weren't the only theater in the valley, we'd go to another theater. Rude, uncourteous and miserable employees. Only been a handful of times and they are consistently rude and nonexistent. The fountain drinks didn't work a couple times either...... read more

Please offer more healthy choices for concessions snacks. The popcorn is loaded with preservatives and dies. All the rest is candy and hotdogs and junk. Ask for creative suggestions for a better foods and drinks. Thank you! read more

My husband and I went to Richard Jewell over the holidays. The movie was great however the facility was disgusting. We don't go to the movies a lot because there hasn't been much out to watch so was excited to go... the bathrooms were dirty, towelettes overflowing garbage cans, sink areas were a total mess, the carpet throughout had so much popcorn on them you could hardly see the print of carpet, so you can imagine what the area around the snacks was like. Can't say I like the pre picking seats either, very disappointed in cleaning staff! read more

Staff is arrogant & unhelpful, no customer service training apparently. Seats are the most uncomfortable I've ever had the unfortunate experience to sit in, it's got to be a gold mine because when I was there it was standing room only-- so WHY can't you provide comfortable seating??? read more

Feels so good to be back at a movie theater. The fresh tasty popcorn, slushy drinks, candies, and a big screen with surround sound makes it so enjoyable. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. Looking forward to another evening here. Thank you very much!!!! read more

Nice theater and quite clean. Only complaint is that popcorn cost almost as much as a ticket to the theater. Seats are very comfortable.

me and my friend walked in to the theater trying to get tickets for Smile, and we are underage, so they told us we had to get an adult over 21 to buy our tickets. we had a kind man try to buy us tickets but they still didn't let us in. after a bit out friends showed up to the theaters and we changed the plan to watch Avatar. the two workers that were working said that all of our friends could get in but not me and my friend. keep in mind that me and my friend are dark skinned, and all of our other friends are white. this seemed pretty resist to me considering that we wanted to watch a diff movie that i would be able to see without an adult. not very happy read more

First, they have reserved seating. You can no longer just go into the theater and sit down in any place that suits you. So, like at a symphony hall, you now have to hunt for your seat. That's the least of the issues. Second, they installed new seats. They lean back when you sit in them - you can't stop it - they're built that way. So, you are now looking at the ceiling. However, the screen is not on the ceiling - it's in front of you. So, you have to look down to see the screen - it gets old quickly. Third, and the worst. We went to see Star Wars last night. Previews started at 7:10. They went on and on. Once the previews were done, the theater's ads started. I looked at my watch, and we had been sitting there for 35 minutes. I grabbed my coat and my wife, went to the box office and told them that there's no way that they're going to get me to pay to see a movie and then make me sit through 35 minutes of previews and ads (it could have been longer - we left before the ads concluded) and that I wanted my money back. The attendant had a refund receipt book all ready (I was apparently not the first to do this) and refunded our tickets. It's too bad that I had so much time to drink my Coke and eat my popcorn, since they were only half full when we left. Otherwise, guess who would have paid for popcorn and Cokes? read more

Insufficient staffing. Bathrooms are not properly attended to. I literally saw a bug crawling up the wall while I struggled for toilet paper that was completely empty. Lines at concessions are long with often only one person staffing. Three managers walking around while customers are waiting in line. Movie options are fine and concession options are fine but they do not have enough people working. read more

Standard movie theater except for the fact that they take cash only. I think this may be one of the last places on Earth that only accepts cash. They have an ATM onsite, so it's not thhhaaattt bad, just got to pull money out. read more

This is the big theater experience for the Flathead Valley. Our sweet little downtown theaters have gone by the wayside; actually they've become churches. Signature Theaters is obviously a corporate chain and that's just the way it is. The films shown are those in the top 5 or so nationwide, the concessions are definitely understaffed (after waiting in line 30 minutes for tickets and even longer for food) and terribly expensive for what you get and I never have had my seat checked and I am still puzzled as to why we have to have assigned seating. I was told it was for security. Whose security? I don't mind the seats, they are comfortable enough for me. What I do mind is: patrons who think this is their own personal living room and put their feet on the back of my seat, or that of others. I think it is shameful that some patrons leave ALL their garbage and trash on the floor under and around their seat when the film is over. Knock it off, your mother doesn't work there. Another peeve, patron generated, is the cell phone issue. Off means off! No constant PING! each and every time someone has to tell you something. I swear the next time I am bothered by that I will say loud and clear, "would you shut that #*%-ing thing off?" Okay, enuf of my venting. Go, but go during off times. read more
