You had time to make reparations before I walked out (visibly upset) and made no effort except to apologize. Apparently you don't mind giving a patron bad service but you DO mind negative reviews. I had them print some postcards and they did a fantastic job. They even took the time to explain the differences between digital and offset printing. Offset all they way if you can wait. The quality is much nicer and it matched the quality of the high-res photos we used. They're also very flexible - within reason of course. I had submitted my proof with 2 minor mistakes that I hadn't caught. Luckily they hadn't put it to print yet and waited for me to resubmit the corrected version. Fair pricing. High quality.
