I'm a personal trainer who needed some large size stickers to show on the front window of my gym. There was a slight bit of confusion with the type of stickers I need so I had to call Dan, the owner, quite a few times to get things right. Turns out, these guys gave me a banner with no bottom pockets and they said they dont even have a bottom pole option!!! I'm very upset that I did not learn about this company before. Not only was it located less than 10 miles from where I live, but the service was far beyond what I used to get at my previous vendor. It was such a huge relief for me to get our "last minute" order done, especially when my other, larger, vendor turned me down given that they had 2-3 days to complete the project. On the contrary, Susan was very helpful in getting my order out THE SAME DAY. They also provided great care and excellent communication during this entire process. I called in expecting a machine to pick up the phone, like my previous vendor, but a LIVE PERSON answers your call! An email confirmation and proof will also be emailed to you within an hour! Mine actually only took about half an hour. These guys are friendly and efficient. And because they specialize primarily in step and repeats, you definitely work with experts. So if you don't already have a design made, like I did, they will work with you to put something together. FINISHING: Their products are top notch. They show you what you're getting before they roll it into a cardboard tube with plastic end caps for protection. Since it was a rainy Friday last week, this helped protect the banner compared to my previous vendor, that used paper and tape to wrap the banner. They also help you out to your car. Daniel, who was the owner's son happily carried my banner to my car. I really appreciate kids who work hard, especially if it's a family business. I'm a high school video production teacher and needed a backdrop for my end of the year awards show. So I googled a few places and eventually settled on this business. I went ahead and designed the logos in photoshop and sent them an order via their site. I received an email back stating that my files were not working correctly, so I saved them as a different format and voila! Magic! I received my quote and paid online. I don't work to far from their warehouse so I decided to go ahead and pickup the backdrop and stand myself the next day. The warehouse is in an industrial area and is a bit difficult to find. Once I found the warehouse I headed inside to the front office and was greeted by a young woman. We both proceeded into the warehouse work area which was pretty large with a huge printer, tables for cutting and a few workers working on different backdrops. I was shown my backdrop by a male worker who rolled it out and then even showed me how to put the stand together. The backdrop looked great! He then rolled my backdrop up and carried it out to my car. What a great guy! The day of the event my kids were pretty surprised and loved it! I called to ask for advice on how to take out the wrinkles and the owner Daniel started screaming at me. He told me I needed to pay for a replacement, when I said I could not pay he again started screaming. After that, he sent several threatening emails.
