The coLor was not matching with the branding. When lit up it was as purple instead of chocolate. Instead of fixing the problem he sent a debt collections notice with his lawyer. We notified the lawyer that it was an error on his end due to the incorrect color that needed to be fixed. The lawyer then ran away and next thing we saw, he trespassed the property and stole the sign. So beware and do not use this company. Ashley P

I do a lot of corporate co-branding so design and timely production are pretty important. You can…read morego to other local sign shops, but the problem with them is they're not designers, there's an art and a skill behind good design and well-crafted materials. I always find that here. But onto today, and the reason for my review...I have a marketer who talks in pings or likes and tiffs who I barely understand most of the time but reasonably appreciate as a human being. Matt and Jay saved me from having to fire her today when they agreed to put in some overtime to handle an absurd corporate crisis her work had me tangled in. .** **She taught me to do that, put an emoji after a harsh statement. Siad it has an emotionally calming effect to a reader's initial response. Anyway, maybe I'll post pics of the work..maybe even before and afters for some dramatic flair, when it's all said and done. Que sera sera. I like to do business with people that come through with that magic combination of "yes, i can" and "yes, I will". Let these guys handle your creations. You won't be dissapointed. (Unless you don't know how electricity works. If that's the case, just ask, these guys will take the time to listen to you. I know this for a fact since my mile a minute marketer told me herself how nice they were.)

STAY AWAY!! IF YOU HAVE ANY INTELLIGENCE, STAY FAR AWAY! I…read morewent in to discuss a custom job and, at first, was pleased with Ross' attention to my needs. However, just as we were completing the discussion about how the project could be approached, the older man indicated to Ross that Ross had other things to do. Since Ross had been patient and attentive for just over 15 mins., I was not disturbed and began to pack my belongings that had been brought to provide insight to the project. Then, Ross made a comment that seemed a bit rude to me with regard to me taking my items with me. Since there still were decisions to be made about the font, I had planned to return with whatever materials would be needed, but I gave the benefit of the doubt and agreed to leave my articles. An edginess began to become evident in Ross, but I agreed to a price and left a 50% deposit. I praise God that, as I was driving, I began to become uneasy and immediately called the business while driving, spoke with the older man since Ross was on another call, and explained that I did not want Ross to do ANYTHING until I contacted him. This occurred on a Saturday, the business is closed on Sundays & reopened at 10 a.m. on Monday. Late Saturday, I continued to feel uncomfortable with the treatment I had received &, at 10:10 a.m. on Monday, I arrived at the business and informed the older man (only he was there) that I wanted to wait on the project. Since he could not find his copy of the agreement, I provided him with mine. He refunded my deposit and proceeded to crush and discard the receipt I had given to him. When I told him I wanted it back, he asked why. I told him it was mine & I had something on the back of the receipt. So, he retrieved it out of the trash, took my sticky note off of the back & handed it to me. There was almost a physical skirmish there as he tried to keep my receipt and I struggled to take it back. When he told me he needed to note that the deposit had been returned, I was willing to allow him to do that but he grabbed at it before I gave it to him as he ripped a piece of it from my hand. At that point, I told him the receipt (what remained in my hand) was mine and he could not have it, as I immediately left. As I drove away, I SERIOUSLY CONSIDERED FILING AN ASSAULT CHARGE, which that was!! Be very leery of Ross AND, especially, the OLD MAN. At the end of our discussion, Ross seemed to be deceptive. The old man clearly is DANGEROUS. I absolutely felt I was in physical danger. I continue to thank God that He laid it upon my heart AS I DROVE AWAY ON SAT. to cancel that transaction. My advice to others: STAY AWAY. I plan to take my business to a reputable merchant and never return to West Hudson Industries. Just as a note, the older man spoke with a slight accent, and may be an immigrant. Perhaps that is the way they treat customers in his country. It is not the way business is handled here.
