Had a hideous experience with this location and 4 of its employees. Went in to drop off 2 Amazon packages and have a small project printed (52 4x6 cards printed front and back on cardstcok. Huge line that really didn't have a clear start or finish so everyone was kind of annoyed from the get go. Waited around for about 15 min before one guy finally started asking who in the line had amazon returns (he had been standing around for a bit not asking a growing line). After a few people did theirs and left I did mine and asked about my orinting project. He handed me a laminated email address and told me to email my project and and what I needed done. The wifi wasn't working (on either my computer or my phone so it was their wifi not my device) so I said if I left and emailed it in form home could I pick it up the next morning and he said it would be fine and to make sure I put all the details of what I needed in the email. I got home maybe 20 min later and did that. Clearly. In bullets. There was no way it was unclear. Went back the next day at around 2 pm (well after the opening time I requested in my email) waited in line only for them to ahve not even have opened my email. So they printed one out after not really ding more than a glance on regular paper and on two sheets and not the sizing I needed or the paper I specifically requested. So I basically was like yeah that's my project but it is not what I asked for. It's all in the email. so he finally actually looked at the email and was like we can't get this done today...52 4x6 cards. That's not a big order. Thats a very basic order. I have. a small card business and do this often. My office has not been set up at our new home yet so I could not take carte of it myself and it was too small an order for any real printshop int he area - believe me I tried. All this to say it is not remotely a big or complex order. they acted like i was asking for the moon and a rush job. thye tell me I have to come back again, the next day (so a full day after initial deadline requested (which as a reminder was approved by the first employee I encountered before leaving) I go back the next day. This is where it goes more downhill. I go in to pick them up. Dealt with the same guy. He hands them to me. I look them over and initially notice at a glance they did not print on cardstock though it it was in both the email and i verbally requested it the day before. he said that that was cardstock - again I have a paper business. It was not cardstock. So clearly they don't know what that it. Then they charged me an astronomical price of $72 (*for cardstock and color printing) which is well more than a job of this size should be priced. for reference at my normal printshop I have printed orders more complex and same day, and of a larger quantity for half that (in. a larger city no-less). I requested a discount for both time and because these were not printed on cardstck and they only gave me a 10% discount (said it was because the manager wasn't there?)...so the $72 was after the discount WHAT?! Are they insane? Pissed but needing the project done by that day latest I took them and left. When I got home I found them to be completely botched. Some were not printed strait. some were cut way too far down, and were then not centered. Some were cut at an angle. And it turned out they actually shorted me by three. And they didn't print them on the paper I ordered and paid for. It looked like a toddler but them. In fact I believe a toddler would have done a better job. I called to make a complaint to the manger who was not there only to be told by the assistant manger that they manager was the one who was responsible for the absolute joke of a print job. When I protested that this was not a "rush" order (that's what they called it) they then told me that they typically needs a week or longer so they can send it out...then mark up the price to a a laughable sum to have not even done the work? I went back (fourth visit in 72 hr) & demanded a full refund. which I thankfully did get. This it not a professionally level service & they should not be advertising it if they can't handle the most basic of orders. As a final insult, I dealt with 4 different employees, 1 gave me false information. 1 rolled they're eyes at me after they couldn't be bothered to open their own email by 2 pm, 1 didn't have a clue what whats going on despite having it explained to them multiple times & one just blatantly made stuff up & when they got caught they proceeded to completely change the story. Not to mention the manager whom I never personally dealt with, but they actually did the laughable job and thought it was fine...not once did I receive an apology from a single person. So no please do not go here. They are not professionals. I will be reaching out to corporate to make a complaint. Edit in response to the comment by CS: This is false. The UPS Store - How was this approved for sale? - Mailbox Centers Near Me - Ocoee, Florida

I went in yesterday to ship out a package for my brother, when i went in there was a label on the package and it was ready to go. The employee then proceeded to copy down the existing label for all the information of where it is going to be shipped and ask me solely for my name and a phone number. It is repauling that as workers and employees you would lie straight to a customer to cover for yourselves. I hope nobody ever goes to this UP's again who clearly takes advantage of those who need help or assistance. You guys never got the address from me you got it from the label that already existed and then charged me for one you guys created for no reason. I had three big boxes that were very light, but very bulky and awkward to carry. I arrived at the UPS store and took them out of my car, but I was having a hard time manipulating them, and trying to figure out how to close the door of my car and unlock it. A woman who worked at the UPS STORE saw me through the window and came out. she carried my boxes out of the car and into the store. She was very patient ringing them up. They were an Amazon return, and each one had to be scanned in And I had to open each box to see what they were so she scanned the right code for them. All in all it was a wonderful experience. I am the Executive Director of La Prensa newspaper in Orlando, serving the Central Florida community for 43 years non-stop. I live near the UPS store and that's why I decided to have a mail box at this location, to my surprise, not only do I have a mail box I got a family that always received me with respect and affection and with smiling faces, those that are missing in other businesses. I would call them the UPS with a desire to serve without expecting anything in return. I always come to this Convenient UPS store to drop off my packages that I need to return from amazon. Located in a decent shopping strip with plenty of parking spaces. Store isn't usually busy and I am always in and out with minimal wait time. Store looks like any other UPS store, nothing to special in decor. The employees are friendly and are willing to help you with any other packaging questions. Will be stopping by here in the future with my shipping needs. read more

How convenient does UPS make it! Super convenient. New IPhones were being delivered on separate days. A signature is required and of course we are all at work. All I had to do was go online and request they packages be delivered to this location. They were available to pick up on the delivery date. When I went to pick up it took 60 seconds. Show ID, sign and my package is hands to me. Love this convenience. read more

I attempted to ship my package at this store and when it got to the destination state was noted as rejected due to damage as per the tracking information. After a week, there were no updates provided by the store and when I finally contacted them, i was told to contact UPS. When i contacted UPS, I was tossed back to the store as UPS requires the shipper with the account to make any claims. The store discovered they'd received my package and returned to me after I physically visited the store, (they had it in their possession for over a week,) and initially identified the problem was "packaging" due to the excessive amount of packing tape. when i contacted the manager, he explained that even though i had a box clearly labeled as fragile and I clearly identified that I was shipping art, the store did not know what the package contents were (relevance?). The manager, Rafael,stated he would not be able to provide a refund of my shipping costs. The store provided a consistent resolution of my not refunding my shipping costs, but provided a more than lackluster and inconsistent customer service experience. Heading to USPS today. read more

The Maguire UPS store is by far the worst UPS store on the planet. We were returning a 12x8 rug back that we ordered from Amazon and it was attitude from the beginning because the rug was awkwardly shaped and did not have the plastic wrapping around it which was immediately destroyed upon delivery...... so in fairness it was definitely not the typical box like package. Nonetheless we would've gladly purchased available plastic or paper wrap to send the rug back especially since UPS specializes in shipping. Subsequently we were denied service and were told to go to Walmart or Uhaul for shipping material but of the corner of my eye I clearly see plastic wrap next to the bubble wrap. I questioned him about the plastic wrap that I clearly see and he tells me that this wrap wouldn't work for my product however this is the same type of plastic that was used in the original packaging. I called another friendly UPS store nearby explaining the issue and was told that this would be no problem whatsoever. The Maguire location needs to get it together asap. read more
