Went to sigs to get two new tires for my truck. BRANDON SIGMON came to me and told me he broke off…read morea screw. When I went out to my truck I seen they didn't break a screw but busted the centers on the front. According to JAMIE , that was the only way to get the centers off. They didn't both to spray anything on them to help loosen just busted them. Saying that's all they could do. They tried to take the one center off by trying to loosen a fake lug. Not only did they bust the centers, Jamie cussed me and my wife, fu@k this and fu@k that he kept saying. As we was leaving he hollered have a MERRY FU@KING CHRISTMAS. WOW! This is the way Sigs does business. Tells customers to fu@k this and that. I paid $54? .00 for two tires and this is what I get. Never again will I return here for tires. I have bought tires from them for years only to be treated this badly. Who cusses their customers this way? Not only cussing but tearing up my stuff. I hope everyone reads this and sees it's not the place to go for tires. As far as I am concerned they should be shut down completely. No one should do business with them.

However, I took my car in to have a flat repaired and when I left, my skid plate was dragging. I knew it was cracked, but hadn't been dragging until after I left there. I had seen them pushing up on it, but I trusted them and had figured they were just trying to fix it or something. Fast forward a few months, I have another flat tire with a fast leak. I took it to Walmart for a patch, Walmart told me that the nail was in the sidewall and by policy they can't put it back on- that's fine, so I asked to have my spare put on. I got my spare out for them and they said "m'aam, more bad news. Whoever touched your spare last, cut it off and they owe you a new spare." SIGS TIRE was the last place to touch my spare. Walmart ended up having to put the flat tire back on, and I had to head to Mavis in Hickory because they were the only place that had my tire in stock. They were so kind and courteous, even though they were about to close, they still assisted me quickly. I cannot BELIEVE Sig's cut my tire off without even asking me, and broke my skid plate completely! I will NEVER trust them again, and I will definitely be filing a complaint with BBB!

I traveled there to see what they could do and after meeting him he looked over the rim and felt confident that it could be repaired. I left the rim and picked it up the next day fully repaired. They did an outstanding job on the repair and their customer service was exemplary. They do much more than straightening out rims with color powder coating along with other rim finishes. I made an appointment for 5/30/26 at 12pm for two new tires and an alignment. I did not end up…read moreleaving the shop until 3pm. At 2:25pm I asked the gentleman at the front desk for an ETA and he said "Uh 10-15 minutes, I had to remind my guy politely that he had an alignment to do". So I walk back to my seat. A couple minutes go by and an employee walks to the desk and he reminds him again that there is another alignment to do. A couple minutes after that, three employees are standing with the door open from the lobby to the bay area talking about how there are more than 4 alignments to do. I walk up to the desk and one of them popped his head in and before I could say anything he says "He's about to take it off the lift now so he is almost done". I do not mind waiting, if it's the appropriate amount of time to wait for what I came in for. I fully expected to be here until 2pm considering there was only 1 or 2 cars already in the bay. However, I don't think that it is appropriate to tell the customer that one of the employees basically just forgot that there was an alignment when there were 4 other customers in the shop waiting for alignments as well. The staff was nice, I just don't think I will be returning to this location to get my car serviced.
