Nice little shop on the outskirts of civilization, a little out of the way but I needed to match what was already on the truckster and Denver Tire and Auto carried them. They're on the other side of the lake so I called to confirm size, availability, and price and then made an appointment. Pulled up on a pretty normal looking building: windows in a brick face under steel panels with overheads down both sides... Inside looks like your basic auto repair facility, only nicer with a couple high tops to the left by the coffee and the service counter - mirroring brightens up the place. Other side of the room has a comfy couch group, the TV, sodas, water fountain, and resting rooms. Wasn't there long enough to get uncomfortable; new skins in less than an hour for a reasonable fee. If I could do no stars I would. They said I needed a front end alignment they had done one three months before, I had new tires put on and I wanted to make sure nothing changed, so I asked them to check it out, they came back and said l needed a new alignment. I didn't know why I hadn't hit a curb or a ditch, it seemed fine. So I went to tires plus down the street, what do you know the alignment was spot on!!! Went back and showed them the paper work from tires plus, and I said you better have your alignment machine checked out! They looked at me like deer in the head lights!! Never went back, CROOKS!!!!' My husband and I have tried out many repair shops in Denver and we haven't found anyone better than Denver Tire. Prices are very reasonable (especially the Saturday oil change special!) We've always found them to be honest, and they are usually done faster than other shops because they don't take in more vehicles than they can handle in a day. The only time we had a problem was when a hose line got pinched when they reassembled things after a coil pack had gone bad. My car was stuttering, for lack of a better word, off and on. I brought the car back in a week later and they immediately found the problem, were honest about their mistake and replaced the hose and clamps for free. I know this is how it should be but I've been burned by other shops who weren't so honest. We moved to Charlotte a year ago and still continue to come back to Denver for this exceptional service. I have an older classic Mustang in need of alignment; needless to say it was extremely tough to correct and get alignment within acceptable specs. First try I had to replace some parts on recommendation from the Denver Tire alignment specialist. Brought it back a week later and they re-aligned with no issues. I credit this to the technician and his knowledge/skill; alignment is more than expectable and within spec. I am very satisfied with the work and their follow up. Unfortunately I never had the chance to experience this business. It's always busy and seems to be well reviewed by customers. When I attempted to visit this place I was met with an extremely packed and almost impossible to navigate parking lot that had absolutely zero parking spaces. I had to leave. When I got home i gave them a call to see what they had to offer for tires in my size. The man on the phone assumed I had zero experience with tires and this was my first time buying tires. Rather than hear what I wanted in a tire he made suggestions on his own based on my vehicle. My car is modified and I don't run all season high mile tires. It felt like he assumed I was just another uneducated inexperienced car owner. Didn't like that so I went with someone else for tires. read more

I've spent thousands at this place. Yesterday i came in here for them to check some steering issues. Was given a quote to replace a couple things. I went home and replaced them myself, come to find out one of the $300 issues DIDNT need to be replaced. It had little wear, was complete and functional. Makes me wonder how many other parts I didn't need that I was charged for. This place knows how to repair things but it clearly appears they add on problems. We have gone to Denver Tire and Auto quite a few times and once again without fail they have provided us with great service and a reasonable price. We received a first estimate from another business (only because we happened to be shopping in that center) and it was a rip off. Tried to up sell on work that wasn't even needed. Denver Tire did the work that was needed and and for less than 1/3 the cost. Could not be happier with these guys. Honest and fair pricing. read more

Very disappointed with the way this business has taken advantage of us. Our Dodge Charger has run perfectly for us for the five years we have owned it. It absolutely had no issues with valves ticking before we had these guys tune it up. It ticks very loudly now, to the point I felt we should have them try to make it right. After looking at it, they claim it wasn't due to them and wanted another 400.00 to fix the ticking problem that wasn't there before they worked on it. We paid 859.00 for the first tune up. I guess their view is that it ticked very loudly when they had it during that tune up? It didn't, but there is nothing I can do other than to go to the BBB and get someone else to fix the issue. I was very nice to them, but I think that was the problem. They don't care at all that we are the ones that have to live with an issue they have caused. I took my truck to Denver Tire for inspection. I had my vehicle inspected a week ago some where else. They passed me on everything except my windshield wipers. I went out and bought new wipers. I decided to go to Denver Tire & Auto to get my truck inspected again since it was closer to home. They failed me on steering mechanism. I pointed out that I had just had my truck inspected a week ago some where else and everything past except wipers. Timothy Noyles still refused to pass me. I stopped going to them years ago because they took advantage of me. I guess they have still not changed after all of these year.
