I informed service that it has been inspected in NY eight (8) times and never once was the window tint and issue. I reviewed my paperwork to find that it was inspected by this dealership less than two (2) years prior, without any issues. The service rep told me it never should have passed back then. Was also quoted $83 to clean the battery terminals and that my DEF was getting low. The recall was not really a recall per the service rep either. I would never trust this dealership to be honest with me, and I will never return there.

But because I didn't take it to them they couldn't prove the tires were rotated. Rotors were never replaced. They shaved down my old ones to make them look new. Why would I take my truck there to get my tires rotated when I can do them for free ? Guy at the front desk was a total Ahole. NEVER again going back to this place. Messed up my alignment as well. Didn't bother to put anti cease on the brakes between the rotor and the hub. It was ceased on so bad we had to use a sledge hammer to get it off. We live in NY. Everything rusts QUICK. Awful. They were very accommodating when it came to the drop off. I was running late and they stayed a few minutes after close to receive my transmission. I got the transmission back sooner than expected and I was very happy with the price and quality of parts. I was able to speak with the gentleman who rebuilt it (George). He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to go over all of the parts replaced and where he sourced them(quality is everything to me). I recommend being extremely cautious when looking at this dealership for anything. Service,…read morepurchases, etc. They do not communicate well. Will blame other departments, parties, or systems if communication breaks down. They are not aware of their own stock and sell vehicles as quickly as possible to whoever, regardless or appointments or prior agreements. Over 4 hours of time and 160 miles of driving spent to speak to someone for less than 3 minutes in person. I was not able to see a single vehicle and was told it was someone else's fault within the institution. Any criticism showing how unprofessional this facility behaves will be mocked, and customers will be laughed out of the room. They clearly are not hurting for business if this is how they behave. I caution any possible current or future customers.
