I have made 2 rent payments this month, including late fees, through my resident portal, and I keep receiving notices that they have not been processed. The bank says the payments have never even reached them, so it's not on their end. After several emails, and at least 8 phone calls, I cannot reach one person to talk to about this. Luckily, we are moving out in the next week so I don't have to deal with this company anymore. ***I will not make any more payments until I hear back from somebody. I'm sure the late fees will continue to accrue despite this inconvenience.
