Doctors office told me they are to short staffed to call insurance company (3 minute call). Told me I have two options: pay out of pocket ($500. a month) or get a new doctor. I don't need an unprofessional physician office like this, so 3 months later I'm without my medication and looking for a new doctor. I highly advise anyone looking for a new doctor keep on looking.

If something is wrong, tests are taken to verify, rather than guessing. After every blood test I'm given a copy of the results so that i know what is normal and what is not. At the appointment, tests are reviewed and discussed. The staff is friendly and professional. The office is spotless. Any X-rays, CT scans, breathing tests, ultrasounds, are conveniently held there. In addition, there is a Urgent care facility connected with the practice so your records are available for faster service and can be used for follow up care as well during the after hours.

I have not had any pain meds for my chronic back pain since June 2025. Not only did they accuse me of being a druggie they prescribed Narcan because it said in my chart that I'm on oxycodone. I don't know who has done this to me but being GASLIGHTED by the people who are supposed to help you when your in pain is very hurtful. Im sitting here in major pain because no one in South Carolina will prescribe pain meds to me. I have been black balled by someone. This is our healthcare system now. NO proof that I even take the meds just some one who decided to be nasty an put that in my chart instead of taking my pain seriously. If I could find a lawyer I would sue them for defamation of character an slander. If your going to accuse someone of something you should at least give them a drug test to even see if they are on drugs instead of just assuming they are because someone in the healthcare system put that in my chart. What a disgusting world we live in now.
