The head spa service is performed in the massage rooms, and the room is very private, calming, and comfortable. They provide you with slippers and a robe and ask you to take off your shirt and put the robe on. The service I had was an hour long treatment where they massage your head, shampoo and condition, and then clean your face as well. Towards the end they put a face mask on and turn out the rainbow-shaped water spigot and they massage your arms and wrap your feet in hot towels. They have a sound machine going and dimmed lights so the whole process is calming and relaxing. PRO TIP: if you reference their Groupon for this service, they will honor the price. The only thing I didn't love was that they used Pantene shampoo/conditioner. Would be better if they used Japanese products or something cleaner than basic Pantene. Maybe even a scalp scrub?

I knew the second I put my feet in the cool water...and the staff kept looking up at me...they knew and should have said something right away. It has been years and I still suffer from these creepy warts (have never ever had a plantar wart before in my entire life. SLOW DOWN and pay attention to where you are directing your customers. I would never ever set foot in that place again. They deserve 0 stars but I had to enter one to get my review posted. There are plenty of other nail salons that respect the customers safety. Terrible business ethic.

Tools did not appear to be cleaned between customers (files not exchanged, cuticle trimmer reused etc) and the manicure water bowls were very lightly rinsed in water only.
