    Campground from lake at night

We love staying here! Such a cool atmosphere and great food at the restaurant! Only things that's a little annoying is that if you have a stay booked and there is a natural disaster they won't give you a refund. they will ask you to reschedule instead. I think it's a little unjust and unpractical.

The cabins are…read morelow-key and a little funky since they're from the 1940s, but tastefully refurbished and very functional. I appreciate the analog vibe and lack of digital appliances and televisions - it's a perfect place to retreat from our technology-saturated lives. I stayed here with my dog so I appreciate that El Nido is pet-friendly as well. Tieton is a wonderful, quiet farming town--not a place to visit if you need a lot of entertainment like bars, clubs, and theaters--but offers some great food, especially Don Mateo and Santos Bakery, and a small but lively arts scene on Fridays and Saturdays. There are some great hiking trails within a short 15-20 minute drive from town. This is a place I plan to return to as often to experience the peaceful vibe and the change of seasons on the sunnier side of the state. Thanks El Nido!

Newly renovated, clean and fully equipped with kitchen and bath stuff. No TV but good WiFi. The Hosts (Anne and Nick) were super friendly and helpful making sure that we had firewood for the fire pit, setting up a propane heater for an additional warm outside spot. The cabins are close to several nice hikes and a couple of decent restaurants in town. I'd stay here again in a flash.

I had a single tall jack daniels and coke, which was delicious. The bartender was generous with the pour. All the food here is made to order and came out hot, fresh, and filling. I highly recommend the squatch burger. It is half a pound of ground beef with an egg on top. It was exactly what my husband needed after our adventure. My son raved about the flavor in his pizza. He said the crust itself tasted different than other pizzas and he loved it. They go heavy on the sauce. I enjoyed my shredded chicken nachos with freshly sliced jalapeños. Their jojos were gigantic! Try it with their fry sauce. Come eat here when you're in the area. You will not be disappointed!

It really didn't bother anyone in our party because we hadn't had phone service for days so with their WIFI, we caught up on our texts and emails. The prices are extremely reasonable and portions are HUGE! $7 Prosecco and $18 Chicken Fried Steak which my husband and I shared. The sausage gravy appeared a little off putting at first but it tasted great! The chicken was crunchy delicious. The taters were ok and the eggs were great! 8/10 for that dish. My mother in law loved her eggs Benedict and had 0 complaints. But she doesn't usually complain. She did finish her plate! 10/10. The bathrooms are excellent here too but always busy as there is only 1 toilet in each bathroom. 10/10. Drinks were inexpensive and tasty!!! I'd definitely come here again the next time we are here camping. And again the service was phenomenal. Really friendly quick helpful staff.

There was some annoying sounds though like an elevator or construction work on master bedroom side. They also had a trash can with dripping water in middle of lodge on same day so I assume they were dealing with a leak. Gorgeous location and the pool with waterslides alone was a big win, but all staff just seemed like teenage camp counselors without training or welcoming attitudes. Cons: 1. Confusing room service options. TV displayed options that werent available and didnt match what was shown online. Staff on phone was dismissive 2. Room wasnt ready. We had to wait and staff at front desk were not the best 3. We went down for smores and at 9:01 pm after trying to find the table ( not near fire pit) , we asked for marshmallows/chocolate and someone had it in hand walking into back, and when we asked, they said " sorry were done for the night". Like they could have just given us the treats even if 1 minute late, plus it was hard to locate where supplies were. No signage or anything. 4. Misleading info making it seem Nelson Family Pool is available to lodge guests on website 5. Pool lifeguards and staff were rude. Lifeguard was in charge of making slushies at front pool desk and seemed like he could care less. 6. Ketsup out for almost the entire afternoon at food truck at pool. Like there's fries and chicken strips- kinda need ketsup? They also closed up early one day 7. We tried to add on tie dye after the kayak experience but staff seemed annoyed we were asking about it. Also there was dye on the grass that stained our feet walking to kayak. 8. Parking at lodge was lacking. The restaurants next door at Social werent open yet. We had to order swiftwater cellar to go just for lunch options cause food was lacking for kids. Also, to note- door dash is non existent here. Don't even try it. Just go eat at swift water cellars or make your own stuff from Roslyn Grocery

Them when we got into the home the garage was a mess. Broken ping pong table, broken games laying all over the place, broken corn hole, ax throwing etc. It was advertised as a game room. The house was not much better. We had zero kitchen towels, pot holders, garbage bags, propane for the grill, no cheese grater, no regular frying pans, one cutting board, no real mixing bowels, no extra toilet paper the list was long. It was embarrassing as I had brought my mom, sister and her husband with us. It was dirty and frankly so disappointing. They were not responsive and frankly dismissive of me. They also did not text to tell us pools were closing

During my lesson they even assisted me with getting my lift pass for me from my locker when I didn't realize I needed it on me. It truly was above and beyond! I took my first ski lesson at Crystal Mountain with Chane. He was knowledgable, patient, and very encouraging. His instruction was clear and had me ready for the slopes by the end of our lesson. I spent the rest of the day practicing and even had lunch in between! Their Fireside Cantina was delicious and hit the spot (try the wings! they were crispy and delicious). Getting to and from the mountain was easy as well-the shuttle from the Enumclaw Expo Center was on on time and a smooth ride.
