We've had such an amazing experience with this swim school! Our daughter started as an infant, and now at 2.5 years old, she is absolutely excelling in the water. Watching her confidence, skills, and love for swimming grow has been incredible, and we truly owe so much of that to the amazing instructors here. Ms. Jess has been an absolute godsend to our family. She is patient, encouraging, knowledgeable, and has such a special way of connecting with little ones. Our daughter adores her, and we couldn't ask for a better teacher. What a great activity for little ones. My grandson takes classes here. He is learning to swim, float, kick, as well as hold his breath. A wonderful for baby and me classes. There is a waiting room for parents or others to observe and more space available just to the side of the pool. This is where most parents sit. Each child goes in with a parent or caregiver and the instructor. My grandson's instructor is so caring and encouraging. She is a true GEM. My grandson absolutely loves his swim class. My daughter has been going here for about a year and we love it. It's $100 a month and the kids are in the pool 30 min. It seems like it might be a bit expensive, but I wouldn't think of quiting, because it makes my daughter so happy. She loves every minute. Her instructor Jessica is amazing for the Baby 1/2 classes and has made my daughter so confident in the pool. Only down side is the waitlist is long, get on there early and plan ahead. Also, the parking situation is a bit rough at 4:30, but we make it work. Just 2 minor things to consider when signing your kids up. read more

Throughout the entire time she's been there (2.5 years now) she's had professional, polite, encouraging, caring, enthusiastic teachers! My daughter loves going to swim class. Staff communication is stellar If you need to ask questions or reschedule Anything the best time to call is sundays and mondays (not as busy) we have had pleasant experiences with mostly all the staff The space is large and it Looks like they work hard to keep clean We did the baby class with our 6 Month old and loved the teacher . Shes great with the kids! We had a sub once and we didn't appreciate how pushy she was about dunking our baby. Even after we told her no she did it Anyway which caused our baby to cough and cry sognificantly along with having really red eyes for the rest Of the day. I understand how the value "add " is there And some people dunk as early as 6 months but we were told this was our choice and we didnt have to do it until we were Comfortable. After this incident i was very clear to the teacher this was not ok and she just said "she forgot" i shared with our regular teacher and the gal up front so we just Would not come to class If she was subbing My recommendation is be very clear with expectations and ask questions The baby class is big and theres not much "swimming" per say depending on the age. Each child only truly Interacts with the teacher maybe twice a class but for us its great because we just wanted a pool to get our baby comfortable and have him experience being around others similar in age We had a random billing issue misunderstanding and the team was beyond helpful and understanding! This place is priceless. My kids have excelled the most at this school. Most recently, my son had needed some extra TLC and instead of feeling alone and isolated in his development, the site director Nicole, who is a brilliant angel by the way, developed a plan for my son that was individualized and specific to him. Within ONE lesson he was back on track and thriving. I am so grateful to Nicole and his intrepid teacher Miss Audrey for taking interest in my son's development and teaching him the way that he learns. They are miracle workers. Our family has been taught skills that we use to teach the kids on our own and the support of an amazing company. To me, Silver bear is a home away from home and I am looking forward to many years there.
