Coach Greg is seriously impressive. My kid describes him as helf drill sergeant and half silly kid. The training is serious and accurate form packaged in a playful and fun way that keeps the kids' attention and focus and safe from injury. Coach Greg also makes each kid feel special with attention and friendly silliness and encouragement. All this plus the training is twice as good as where we went before for half the price. We are dazzled and give this class our highest rating and recommendation. Bravo

Kids are able to jump around and run with space or make new friends to follow for the night. Parents are able to sit in the play area, after signing a waiver, to be closer to their little one. There is plenty of seating throughout. There is also seating below in the food court area of Defy. During the two hours, I went off for a bit to shop while my husband stayed behind. There are plenty of shops to explore especially with all the sales following the holiday season. Since it is an outlet/mall, there is plenty of parking on site. If/when you do visit, park near Scheels close to where you can see H&M from the parking lot. If you enter at this location, go straight and make a left onto the path. Once you pass the fireplace, there is a set of stairs. GO UPSTAIRS. Defy is there. We circled until we asked, signage to locate this place is not great. If you do get hungry there are plenty of places to eat within the outlet and shopping area, both driving and walking - depending on what you fancy. There is also the food court inside Defy, offering ICEE, fountain drinks, nachos, pretzels, pizza slices, popcorn and more. The prices are reasonable considering it's an attraction. We did our waivers and purchased our tickets and socks online, from their website, before visiting. You can also purchase at the counter and complete the waiver at a kiosk or by scanning the QR at the register. We downloaded the ticket to our Apple wallet and presented it at the register.

We've supported DEFY all summer with our regular visits and have never had an issue until today. Those ladies know us already and every time, I never had ANY issues. The website clearly states that kids 6 and under are free, yet the staff up front told me I needed to pay for my 5-year-old. This is very frustrating and misleading, especially for loyal members who come here so often. If your policy has changed, update your website so families aren't caught off guard.

The set up is nice, they have a science room which was a major hit for my daughter it had a white board with magnets of animals and numbers a wind blowing machine that has little scarfs for them to put through it. It's dim so it's relaxing and not overstimulating. They have different blocks and magnetic things to put together. They have a quiet room with books and dinosaurs and puzzles. They have a room for the moms or the dad's to just hang out and relax. I did see your mom doing some work on her computer. They have an area for your kids to eat lunch or snacks they have a little bar with coffee energy drinks, snack, snacks for the adults and the children. They have a room that has a little treehouse with a slide and a swing for babies a little baby area. They have staff that assist your kids and keep an eye on them so if you want to relax, you can, the restrooms were very clean and equipped with many different things. The staff were extremely nice.
