Unfortunately, they never got back to us with a promised quote following the initial review. I tried calling, texting, and emailing both to provide the information needed from the electrical company as well as in an attempt to obtain a quote. We never heard back. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and gave them both time and follow ups. I feel it's highly unprofessional to ghost a customer like that.
