He had great ideas for our outdoor lighting solution and did a nice job replacing our panel. About 16 months after services were performed, our outdoor photocell went bad. First attempt at contacting him was ignored, so after a week I tried again and he responded saying he'd be here on November 18th to replace the faulty photocell. Unfortunately, they never got back to us with a promised quote following the initial review. I tried calling, texting, and emailing both to provide the information needed from the electrical company as well as in an attempt to obtain a quote. We never heard back. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and gave them both time and follow ups. I feel it's highly unprofessional to ghost a customer like that.
