They marked it and indicated it would be $140. Which is much higher than prior owner but since it was my mother's and I wanted to use the excess Opals to make earrings, I paid the price. When I went to pick it up, it was still too big. The rep indicated he may have gotten the measurement wrong. On Opal had been removed. He remarked the bracelet and indicated they would need another few days. I instructed them to keep the Opal link that was removed and I would pick it up when the bracelet was ready. When I returned, the bracelet was sized correctly but one of the Opal Links was missing, as they had now moved two but only one was there. They checked the back and said they could not find but would keep looking. I then called weekly for a minimum of 5 weeks. No response for most calls but once I got them on the phone, I asked how would they compensate for this. They indicated they would talk to the owner and get back to me and asked if I would consider receiving another Opal. I said it won't match the design but let me know what they want to do. Here we are weeks later with NO follow-up call. It is terrible service so my only recourse at this time is writing this review. To the Store Owner, if you read your reviews, please contact me. You have my number as I have called many times. What is the solution here?

Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and honestly confusing. I came in with my newborn son and my mom, and after waiting a few minutes without being acknowledged we walked up to the front desk to ask for help. A staff member assisted us and showed a few bands. When I found one I liked, I asked if it could be made in yellow gold. She said she would check with the vendor and offered to clean my engagement ring so I could look at the bands with my clean ring. After a few minutes, she returned with my ring, and when I asked to try on another band, she told us she was now helping someone else and couldn't assist us further.This was surprising since she had been helping us the entire time up to that point. I was ready to move forward with purchasing a ring but never received an answer about pricing and was told no when I asked to see another option. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

We were quoted $1000 for a 2mm 10k gold band, we chose to go with something thinner and then was told the thinner band would be $1000 and the 2mm band was actually $1400, despite us having a voicemail proving that was not the original quote. This was after numerous delays and inconsistencies including: -waiting 2 weeks just to get a quote -voicemails saying items would be ready a certain day only to come in and find out they were never ordered -asking for 10k gold and being given prices for 14k gold without knowing. We contacted the owner and they sort of apologized but also denied that any of things mentioned above happened despite us having proof based off voicemails they left. It was also implied I was only upset due to the stress of wedding planning since this was suppose to be my wedding band which felt super dismissive. We were offered either $50 off or our deposit of $300 back and chose to have our deposit refunded, which we did appreciate.

They listen to what you are looking for and help you find just what your heart desires. We try to come once a month or every other month depending on our schedules. Run don't walk as they are closing their doors around Christmas as it's time to retire. I needed 2 new batteries in high end watches that I owned. I asked if they have a gemologist there…read more He said not for watches... I have to tell him the watches have diamonds in them. I want to figure out what these watches are worth. He said bring them in 10 bucks each watch and gemologist will look and give me a ball park. I tell them these are high end watches. He said ya bring them in. So I drive way over there. I am greeted by a woman that says she doesn't have the tools to replace these watches batteries to go to pauls watch repair that he deals with rolex and was an expert. Never had gemologist look at the watches and give me any sort of information. She sent me to a complete clown who had no idea what these watches were or their value handling them very poorly. The watches have diamonds iced out all around the entire watch. These watches were special made for people in hollywood.. She was very nice though and so was the guy that greeted me but they wasted my time. I suggest you guys look at Pauls Watch Repair reviews before you send someone with high end watches to have their batteries changed by him. He ruining peoples watches from going through his reviews. Why would you recommend someone like that?
