We made an appointment with Koby, who was flexible and available setting the day and time. Koby arrived on time, quoted a cost to re-key and sync 5 locks in our residence, which was very reasonable. When done, Koby stayed additional time to make some minor adjustments. A day or two later, we hd a problem which we thought was related to the lock on one of the doors.
