I'm giving this company a 5 star because of how pleasant and prompt they are. The staff there KOBY was so pleasant. I think he heard (through my voice) my desperate plea for help. My elderly parents locked themselves out of their home and Koby says, "I can be there in 15 min. Text me their address." Anyway, long story short...my parents eventually was able to get inside their home (on their own). I immediately called Koby (who was enroute) and canceled the service. I felt so bad and wanted to pay for his gas etc. He says don't worry about it. What a great person! If I ever get into this situation, I would definitely call them. We had Koby come out to not only get us out of our locked vehicle but to also reprogram keys and the ignition in a 2010 ford f150. I had a stuck key in the ignition and ended up changing out the ignition with a doorman product that has a dongle to program to your vehicle. The system failed the upload and security locked me out of the computer. Silver eagle came out within a couple hours and got me out of my big mess. We had a problem with our rear door lock today and I checked Yelp for advice. Noting Silver Eagle Locksmith's outstanding reviews, I gave them a call, explained the situation, and tried to arrange an appointment for the next day as there was no emergency. We agreed on a time and then Ezra asked, "Would it be OK to do it now?" Why yes! Before a half hour passed, the doorbell rang and Ezra introduced himself. He showed me his Las Vegas Metro Police locksmith ID and he gave me a business card. He checked the door, saw the problem, and told me what he'd need to do to remedy the situation and the cost. I lost my keys to my car and had to call around the find someone to not only unlock my car but give me a new set of keys. Embarrassingly, this is not the first time it happened and while the company I had previously used was good, the price I paid then versus this time was the same BUT last time I only got a crappy key and this time I got a remote with an attached key AND it was a Honda remote. Otherwise, the gentleman who came out wore a mask the entire time, was super friendly, fast, efficient, clean, professional and was done in a super reasonable amount of time. He offered an additional key for a very reasonable price which I took the offer on. It sucks I had to spend money on a new set of keys but, amazingly, I got the same price for two remotes from this company as a quote I had gotten recently from a local company just to make me just one remote with key. Before I moved into my place, I had to get the locks replaced. I actually rent my friend's condo and Koby was sure to get his information in advance so that he knew my friend actually owned the unit. (Ie copy of his ID, copy of a bill with the current address) Koby's technician met me in a timely manner, swapped out the deadbolt and doorknob quickly, and recommended/performed installation of a door strike plate to improve security. They seem to be under the impression that simply stating "we charge $65 just to come out." Is sufficient customer service. After waiting ages. We called to get estimates on how much it would cost to get 5 doors rekeyed. We got a quote from Koby and had a guy out to us within the hour. I would definitely recommend the company for any needs! Not only were they professional and courteous but they made me feel like family. The price was reasonable. The tech( name I forgot) was also great. I felt bad because I paid with a card and he didn't say oh would you like to tip? so I had no clue I couldn't add it later after the payment was processed. I felt horrible because I wanted to tip him but I never carry cash. He didn't make me feel bad for not tipping he was so no e and said oh no it's ok thank you so much.
