I had the misfortune to get the same person. I requested to have the person at the front to come and assist with the translation because the paraffin was not being placed correctly through my heel, but the lady just ignored me. I asked her just to get me another paraffin bag, she was reluctant until she finally seen she needed to. I didnt want to be the karen so I just left. I can't believe I paid $60 for my toes to look like my 6 yr old niece did them. Generally the vibe is good. I am considering starting to look for a new nail spot.

My nails got minimally filed down from the top and maximum from the sides which in my opinion looks disgusting and unnatural. I informed her that I didn't like the end effect and asked for them to be removed and told her I would pay for this. She refused to do this. She said she doesn't have time so I left.
