I believe that I initially was seen at their Lakewood location and... lol I'm still attending counseling for my post traumatic stress disorder that I picked up visiting that location. I took a uber to this location simply because I didn't want to drive around looking for this medical building and 2 I didn't want to have look for parking in such a sketchy area. Well, my uber couldn't find the entrance because of setup of the entrance being in the back parking area which was behind a large iron fence. The surrounding area was in fact depressed and dirty. Lol I don't remember what the heck was wrong with me that day but when my uber driver told me that "this was the building " as he left me out in the front of the building facing the street, I like a simpleton got out and thanked him! OMG, I honestly thanked him for taking my money performing the service of driving that he was hired to do! Mind you, I needed to hoof myself around the front of the building looking for a entrance that obviously didn't exist. Then I had to walk around to the back of the building and through the iron gates to enter the sliding doors situated in the rear parking lot! This location here in Glendale was drastically different and very nice. The people going in and out were dressed like regular people and not like they had substance abuse issues. I strongly encourage if you have to choose between the Lakewood location or the Glendale location.... OMG, this isn't even a choice! Its truly common sense! Now I must say, the staff at Lakewood were extraordinary! As well as professional and attentive. It was strictly the outlying area.

The practice is very clean and tidy, they have 6 tables and usually are not packed, so the space feels great and open and comfortable! If you have medi-cal like myself, or Alta Med group in particular they accept this! And believe me! You'll be greatfull they do! Not all PT practice's that do take this insurance operate the same level of care as Advanced! I've had some really poor and unhelpful experiences with other places and Theripists here in LA, that's how I know I'm getting just phenomenal care, because I know what the bad care was. You get a full evaluation on your initial assessment visit with treatment plan, sessions are an hour of treatment and depending on your needs, they have massages and NMES/TENS and will give you an entire treatment plan for each individual issue in your body and it's just honestly a place I'm happy to come to at least 2-3 times a week!
