Two weeks later while sitting in the car I heard a loud pop, a dent had appeared in the same spot. I took it back to the shop and showed it to the owner and was accused of kicking the car. I got angry and left, since then it's just snowballed. All the snaps began popping off little by little and now the front end comes loose. I was so sad, my car is brand new and I thought I will never be able to fix it and leave it as a brand new car. The driver and passenger door got bent and I had to lift it up to close it. I searched places through Yelp and found Yosemite Auto Body Shop. Sarah was so helpful even when she was about to leave, she was helping me without rushing, Mr. Lee checked and immediately knew what parts are damaged. He was so kind and helpful and gave me an estimate right away. I decided to wait and look for different shops as I was shopping around. The other shops told me that it can be fixed for 11k or 12k, I was shocked so came back to Mr. Lee. I live about 40 mins from this shop but I knew I can trust them, Mr. Lee said it might take about 2 weeks or less and yes it was fixed in less than two weeks. I got there late to pick it up and Mr. Lee waited for me, he was so kind and nice, they kept me updated and waiving some fees for extra parts.
