If you look at my profile, you will see the failure of the first place we tried (the highest-rated in our area). I randomly happened to see AGC in a coupon book and gave them a call. I'm so glad I did! Lisa, who runs the service, was friendly, professional, punctual, and just generally lovely during all phone conversations and in-person meetings. Her crew were very pleasant. and worked fast, hard, and carefully, removing dirt from places we didn't even realize were dirty. I didn't personally look into the green cleaning products used, but when the crew was done the place looked wonderful and smelled clean without reeking of chemicals. We were happy to engage AGC to clean every two weeks. I definitely recommend calling for a quote; they are somewhat more expensive than other services but we definitely think it's worth it. EDIT 5/2014: I'm sorry to have to downgrade my review from four stars to two. For the last few months the cleaning team (who remain stellar; the stars are for them) has been arriving at unexpected times, and I've been constantly told by management "We've been calling people, I guess I missed you." There have been scheduling problems almost every time the cleaners come. I was assured that as a VIP client my time was set in stone, then two weeks later I was given two unacceptable options to change my time. I am really sorry to miss dear Yolanda and her wonderful crew, but management actually came out and admitted everything is in confusion right now, so I am no longer using this company and can hardly continue to recommend it.

MCS is excellent - they treat my home as if it were there own. I have some unusual ways of how exactly things need to be done. I only needed to explain once, and that was all that was needed. They are very happy to do things the way I prefer, and they also go out of their way to handle things I have often not noticed. Upped the price to 170.00 because she would have 2 girls come to clean. Day of the cleaning, she shows up alone (stating her sister was unable to come) however, she was on time to start cleaning. It seemed she was pretty thorough so I went about my business to unpack and started putting things away. After she said she was finished i took a quick look around and noticed some questionable issues. She cleaned one side of the window frame, but forgot the other windows right next to it. She also cleaned the refrigerator but forgot the freezer. So I asked her to fix those issues. Once done, I should have walked the unit but I didn't figuring she completed her work. We went back and forth about the price and I was to tired to argue and paid her the 170. After she left and I went back to unpacking, I noticed the other issues and items that haven't been touch.
