In 2020, they installed a quartz counter top and sink on our second floor kitchen. It was beautiful UNTIL the sink started separating from the countertop. The disposal was incorrectly hooked up which led to a slow drip that ruined our ceiling below the kitchen. We paid to have the disposal fixed by a separate plumber. They ignored calls and emails to fix the sink until a few weeks ago. other handymen were hesitant to fix since it could compromise the slab. They are charging me 450 to fix the sink separation to add the clamps that were never installed and more epoxy. When they came to fix it, they manipulated a hose from the dishwasher to the disposal which caused a puncture and now MORE damage to the ceiling and flooring on the first floor is curving from the water damage. They are ignoring my calls and emails to come to an agreement to fix this. I do not recommend using this company. I will update if they work to resolve this. read more

As a first time "kitchen renovator", it would have been helpful to get an explanation of the details that went into choosing the type of material, measurement process, and timeline ahead of time. For instance, after our first visit, we didn't know that a sink is included in the pricing and that we had an option of choosing a sink. However, once we got the miscommunication out of the way, we were very please with the outcome. Both the personnel that came by to take the measurement and the installation went flawless and we were very pleased with their expertise and handling of the product. We ended up going with an Ethereal Glow Quartz that was almost 100 ft sq. I'm naturally a very patient person and understand that sometimes communication goes both ways. However, I understand that not everyone is like this which is why I would recommend the company to pay extra attention to the first interaction you have with a potential customer. Would I return to them again? Yes, I would. Overall happy about the outcome and willing to give them another chance. read more

Silver Marble was to install a granite counter top with a tile backsplash. The counter top and the backsplash were two contracts. When we signed the contracts we ask for a sample of the granite to help us pick out the right tile. Tony Beck, the salesman, told us he would get us a sample after the granite slab we selected had been cut into our counter top and that it would be delivered by the installers. On the day of the install, the installers did not understand much english unless it suited them. They did not have the granite sample and did not know anything about it. As requested by Tony Beck, we had picked out a new kitchen faucet which had an optional spray attachment which we did not want. This faucet required 3 holes to drilled for installation. The installers tried to convince me to get a faucet that required only 1 hole. I showed them the part of the contract that said up to 3 holes. With regard to the optional spray attachment, they told me that they would hook up the spray attachment and leave it coiled under the sink. I went to the faucet manual and showed them an illustration of the plug that was to be used when the spray attachment was not installed. They said they could not find the part. I had given them the faucet package unopened. Later, the plumber arrived and found the part and installed it. The plumber ( part of the Silver Marble install) told us we needed new supply lines. He want to install new lines. I did not get any explanation of why the exsisting lines were no usable. I did agree to do this and asked him how much. I gave him the $20 he asked for. I bet this went straight to his pocket. The installers mixed up an epoxy and applied it to the side of the slab on our kitchen island. I do not know why. I assume they found a crack. They then ran the grinder over it and used a shop vac to catch the ground up granite. They had also run the grinder on part of the granite while it was still on the truck in our driveway. Tony Beck had told us that they would seal the granite and that we should seal it again after a few weeks. The installers wanted to be paid before the plumber was done. I told they I was not paying until the work was done and the plumber was not done and the granite was not sealed. When the plumber was done, I asked him about the sealer since he seemed to have better english. He called the installers and they told him it has been sealed when it was cut. I KNOW DAMN WELL THE PART THEY APPLIED THE GRINDER TO HAD NOT BEEN SEALED. I then called the store and the owner answered. I asked him if he was going to tell me that the granite was sealed after they ran a grinder on it. He first said it had been sealed at the shop and then said Tony would call me. I waited until noon the next day and Tony did not call. I called him and finally caught him. He did agree to have the granite sealed and I also asked him about the granite sample to pick out the tile. He said the installer would deliver it when he sealed the granite. The installer showed up unannounced and complained that we had stuff on the counter. I told him he had not told us when he was coming. He did not bring the granite sample but did seal the granite. Our tile appointment was the next day. We were willing to pick up the granite sample at Silver Marble before we went to the tile place. My wife made about 5 called and got nothing but the run around and was told Tony would calls us. He never did. We are getting our backsplash done by a company NOT associated with Silver Marble. read more

I e-mailed them for a quote and they came to take measurements the next day; the counters were installed less than a week later. They were able to install a huge counter that wrapped around a corner perfectly in one piece; I was very impressed. These guys are great! They have a large selection of stone on hand and are willing to find whatever else you may need. Their prices are very competitive and I'm thrilled with their workmanship and professionalism. We shopped a lot, and couldn't be happier with our choice. Most of that shopping was last summer and fall as our renovations were extensive and took quite a while. The first need was for a bathroom vanity top and John found us an incredible piece of stone. The installers were wonderful and the stone so beautiful that we ended up using basin glass sinks so that we'd see more of it. So our expectations were high by the time we were ready for the kitchen countertops and frankly I was overwhelmed. At the final decision time for the stone, John pointed us to something new in his inventory rather than the selection we'd made months ago and his recommendation is wonderful! At first I was happy with the counter top and splash back, However when I called for service I did not get a call back. After several calls I told the sale person about a broken tile. It took several weeks for the tile person to come to my house. He said "I will return today in the afernoon". He never came back. I called the owner and explained the situation, he said he will leave a message. After several weeks, the tile has not been repaired. read more

Had two bathroom granite countertops installed Monday and was very happy with the quality and the installation. The price was competitive and we were offered all grades of granite and could have saved over 25% if we went with "A" level, which would have been perfectly fine, but went with the highest level. Two guys came in, Omar was the lead, and they tore out the old counters and put in the new, total time about 2 hours. I did my own new faucet fixture & hook-ups. I recently upgraded our kitchen countertops with Silver Marble & Granite. The result of the countertops were great, love the granite we chose. The unpleasant part of the experience was after the countertops were installed. They used a saw inside to cut the granite for the cook top and of course the dust was everywhere. When I opened my cabinets there was small pieces of debris, dust and screws that were left behind when the old countertops were removed. I was assured that I didn't need to remove any cookware from underneath but I decided against it and removed most of the items underneath before installation. The dust and debris left my husband and I to clean for almost 3 hours that evening, rewashing dishes, cleaning the floors, etc... I have emailed our consultant Tony who was professional and responsive when the project began and was finished but he has yet to respond as to why granite was cut inside and it's been over a week. read more

Tony, my initial contact and salesman found exactly what I was looking for! He came out, worked with me to have my counter-tops fabricated and delivered in slightly more than a week. He is the man you want to talk to! Our job was far from the largest they do, but still we were given "white glove" treatment. I had no idea John was one of the owners of the company when he came and precisely measured to make the job perfect. This incredibly nice man talked me into coming to pick out the slab of granite I wanted....sssooo glad I did! Not all slabs are equal....and they found one that was extraordinary. Eddie and Christian were the boots on the ground who came with the granite and meticulously installed it. They were very pleasant, professional and are obvious assets to this company. Silver Marble and Granite far exceeded our expectations....we will be definitely be using them for other projects.
