You don't get the luxurious private rooms, and go through a hallway with others separated by a curtain but it felt private enough for me. I was hesitant to go to a new place for a facial, but I really needed to have my decongested to look clean for an event. Thankfully, Julia was able to see me. I did the 90 min Premier Contour Facial to really clean out my skin. She was so gentle, but effective. She started by asking me about my skin concerns and routine, and then explained every step of the service. She was even kind enough to really explain what dermaplaning was as I had never had it done. I love it when the esthetician is knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. This level of service is nothing short of meticulous attention to every detail. Let me start off by saying, Vanessa G is incredibly talented and just a skin magician. My skin looks amazing after my first facial with her, like she said " your skin looks like a glazed donut" haha. I'm on tour and needed a good facial glow up! After googling around, I chose this spot and booked with Victoria J! She's officially my go-to anytime I'm in NYC! From the start, everything she used felt amazing on my skin. I don't even know all the products, but I could tell she knew exactly what my skin needed. She has such a great personality, made me feel comfortable, and really focused on my problem areas during extractions. My skin felt so smooth afterward, and I walked out absolutely glowing. What makes her even better is that she takes the time to give skincare advice afterward, which was such a bonus. It really shows she cares about your skin beyond just the facial. My esthetician Emerald was great - wry good explaining what products she was using and what sort of skin care routine she recommended for my skin, the season, etc. She gave me a list of what she used and suggestions for going forward. I think they have different rules when it comes to extractions than DC does. Anyways if you are local or visiting COME HERE! This location is huge compared to the upper east side and the dc location. I frequent. The airy ceilings and long corridor have a great aesthetic. What a great idea - really love the membership concept because it will remind people to do self-care each month. I had a 50 min facial here with a rose mask - loved all the products and technology used during my facial. I definitely walked out with my skin glowing. The space is very spacious and clean and they utilize it well with curtains to divide facial rooms. The staff was very friendly and I loved everything about my experience. I've been trying different places to get a facial that are more on the affordable side and tried this place out recently. They offer a membership for a cheaper price on facials, but you'd need to make a 6 month commitment. I got the acne fighting facial which was okay but not mindblowing. The second mask was a peeling mask and I was told I would feel an itchy, stinging sensation, and that meant for 4 minutes I would be extremely uncomfortable and preventing myself from tearing my face off. I've been getting monthly facials for a long time and the extractions were the most painful I've had. I spent a long time under a blue light. The add-on I got, which was a 15 minute facial massage, felt like 5 minutes. I have rosacea, sensitive skin, and am acne-prone. My face feels fine after this facial even though it was not really up to my standards. The total for the facial, add-on facial massage, and tip is basically what I would have paid at a higher end facial spa like Caudalie. I'm going to pass on coming here again. Edit: it says that I was contacted repeatedly by phone and email and that wasn't the case at all. I only received one phone call and I called back and never heard from them until they responded below. The lying by the business owner is a huge red flag and further cements my 3 star review here. And yes, the owner is lying and I can prove it with my phone records lol. It's not a "belief", it's the truth - I only received one phone call and one voicemail that I responded to and never heard back. I used to be a member here and stopped because I felt like they were always pushing products on me and the front desk staff was rude. I decided to give it another try and was extremely disappointed. I received a promo for a jelly mask which I confirmed over the phone but when I arrived my esthetician told me they were sold out of this and would give me an equivalent enhancement. What a great facial!! I wanted to get dermaplaning (basically they take a special facial razor and makes your skin smooth) google it for more amazing benefits. I got it once last year at another place and it really makes your skin smooth and glowing. I paired it with a 30 minute facial as it was my first time and wasn't sure how good it would be. Well, it was fab! Claudia was my esthetician and she was super calm and warm, and definitely had experience in her specialty. I got the Signature Facial + dermaplaning and ended up getting a few products after, and my skin was looking FRESH. I got the 30 min membership as well (just fyi its a 6 month commitment) but get discounts on the services (20%) and products too, so why not! I'm also testing out some products that he provided to see if they help, fingers crossed. Upgrading the rating just because of Travis, he deserves 5 stars! I was so excited to try silver mirror unfortunately I was called that my appointment was canceled two hours before the service. I totally understand that staffing issues happen, however the manager when I asked a few questions was a bit passive aggressive. I had called back because the appointment was still showing on my end after 15 minutes and I was concerned about being billed for the service (200+ dollars) she said she's been busy and would cancel it shorty and stated I would receive a credit for a future add on service, when I confirmed I saw the cancellation and asked a follow up questions about the credit since it didn't appear on line the delivery was very condescending. I have no internal/past knowledge of their system or spa a simple clarification that it would appear on my file for the staff would have been appreciated but I had to keep asking for clarification of the process and it truly felt like I was bothering her for asking. I definitely do not recommend this place, primarily because they were dishonest with the product used during a chemical peel I received. I won't name the esthetician because he was really kind and didn't necessarily do a poor job, I just had zero peeling or results aside from looking super hydrated (only that night) because he loaded a ton of moisturizer on after the peel. I don't think most places will add serums and moisturizers after a professional chemical peel. You are not supposed to over-moisturize, just a light amount so that your skin doesn't burn. They do NOT offer professional medical grade chemical peels (despite me asking the man who checked me out if the peel was medical grade and not available over the counter). They offer Dr Dennis gross chemical peels which you can buy at Sephora for significantly less. Dr Dennis gross doesn't offer professional grade peels. I had 2 separate people tell me that the peels were medical grade. A medical grade peel is not something that a regular person can buy over the counter! I confirmed with 2 separate dermatologists (at different companies) that dr Dennis gross doesn't sell professional grade peels. I feel like I was scammed out of my money and tip. I asked the person who booked me over the phone if it was medical grade and asked the man who checked me out. Both lied. Shame on them. read more

Purchased the pure lift with hesitation from reviews via gymface. $500 each and manager assured me they don't have returns or issues but there is no warranty through silver mirror.
