Chef Bryce Palmer makes the most amazing potato chips!!! He came out and we instantly had a better time and let him know about our love for his chips and caviar experience!!!! Melanie and Michelle were great as well! Visit this inwrry on your next trip to Napa for cabernet! And try the cabernet and caviar experience!!!! Their cabernet wines were all amazing and had so much depth to them, I can't wait to visit here again!

1982 cab. Oldest in the owners cellar.

Silver oak was a cool experience. We were able to walk the whole property pretty much. Learn about the history and fermentation process. They actually let you see (a vineyard) I guess they don't own the grapes that grow directly around them. But was able to hold and taste a grape off the vine. Loved that part. Our tour guide was fantastic. Answered all my annoying questions. Was a fun time with good wine being poured. Thanks you!

Grounds are beautiful. Chef's tasting was wonderfully thought out, the plates came with layers of full flavor and all paired with even more delicious wines. Well done. I would definitely go back.

Did the $70 wine tasting at Silver Oak Winery and let me tell you--worth every penny. We spent a solid chunk of our day here and it was time very well spent. The vibes? Immaculate. The scenery? Jaw-dropping. Like, screensaver-level beautiful. Big shoutout to Kay, our host for the tasting--she was amazing! Super knowledgeable, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel like we were just hanging out with a wine-loving friend who happens to know everything about grapes. We sipped, we swirled, we pretended we knew what we were doing... and by the end of it, I couldn't resist grabbing a $100 bottle on promo. No regrets--it was absolutely delicious and now has a place of honor on my wine rack (until I cave and open it). Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for that perfect mix of classy, chill, and stunning. Will definitely be back!

This was probably my most favorite tour of Napa so far. The tasting was informative and David was knowledgeable but approachable and friendly. We asked a lot of questions and he answered with a fun chipper and really made us feel welcome. There was a very very loud table of 12 next to us, we just beared it (the other table in our area left because it was too noisy). Can't fault the place because there was a loud party but it did kill the vibe a bit. That said, we carried on and he took us on a tour of the stills and the barrels and really left us happy. The package we got had a few tastings but there were many extra pours and splashes throughout. The grounds are very pretty too...I imagine just to chill on a lawn chair in the summer...will come back to try that.

What a beautiful winery! We had a wine tasting reserved at 1pm on a Monday for a large group of 23, and David was the sommelier that walked us through the property, talked about the history and making of the wine here, and guided us the entire time we were there. We tried two Cabernet Sauvignon from Sonoma ($100 per bottle) and Napa Valley ($200 per bottle), in addition to an older bottle from 2013 which was around $285 per bottle. They also gave us a tasting of Sauvignon Blanc from their sister winery called Twomey. Our wine tasting came with meat and cheese, and the truffle cheese was divine. The weather was perfect to sit outside and enjoy the view and wine. As a parting gift, David gave each one of us a Silver Oak glass. This winery only produces Cabernet Sauvignon so keep that in mind if you don't like red or a full-bodied wine, but otherwise, definitely recommend!

We had a reservation for their wine and food pairing event this weekend and were very excited about it, as we have been longtime fans of Silver Oak cabs. This was meant to be my Father's Day gift to my hubby. Unfortunately, due to changes to their kitchen staff, the event was canceled the week before. They contacted us to inform us of the event cancellation and offered us a complimentary tasting. We came for the tasting today, and we must say, the experience was exceptional; one of the best, if not the best, we've had in a long time. From the moment we checked in 'til the time we left, we felt very well taken care of. The person greeting us was very welcoming, friendly, and so apologetic about the event cancellation, which honestly, we didn't have an issue with, since things like this can happen. Our host was Sasha (I believe I have it correct). She gave us a tour of their winemaking facilities, then we were guided back inside to where we got seated in their beautiful tasting room, with beautifully decorated tables all set up. We were introduced to the Napa collection, and we were very happy about that, since we've always just had their Alexander collection up until today. We got to taste 5 different cabs, as well as a rose from their sister winery Twomey. There was not one cab we didn't like. We were also served a charcuterie board, which was also delicious! Sasha was very warm, friendly yet professional, attentive without being over-the-top at all. She came across very genuine and that was so refreshing to see. The atmosphere was elegant and refined, but not at all stuffy. We were made to feel quite comfortable. The grounds were beautiful also. And of course, the wines, well...it goes without saying, because we ended up purchasing 6 bottles. The total experience was absolutely enjoyable. Thank you, Sasha and Silver Oak, for making my hubby's Father Day weekend memorable. We will definitely be back soon! Please keep up the amazing work!

Ally is the best ever!!! Best tasting experience she was so helpful and informative we had the best day

We received top notch tastings at Silver Oak. It is a place we visit yearly. This year we decided to go with the WineMakers Tasting and we were privileged to share space with an experienced Sommelier. The experience was amazing.

The first vintage wine shared with the love of my life back in 1993 was a 1987 Napa Valley SO. He proposed to me in the SO winery in 2013 in reception area with a 1987 double magnum and on one knee! We shared that bottle with family and close friends the night before our wedding in April 2014. We never miss a stop at SO whenever we visit the Valley and have enjoyed being members since. Nostalgic, to say the least.

Came here for the 50th anniversary release party, which was different from last year's release party. The event overall seemed quite oversold, as the lines were all long for the food and wine, and there were not enough tables/chairs for people. My friend who is a member said that last year the event was free for members ($200/pp for 2022), there weren't lines for the food, and it was open pour last year (this year you were provided 5 tokens and a special gold one for the library wine). If you lost your token, you were out of luck. I did enjoy the live music. Note that there were tables in the field if you can't find any spots inside the winery. There were golf carts/jeeps taking you from the Uber drop off to the winery, or you can walk there.

Such an incredible experience. Tom showed us the gorgeous grounds and the wines. He was a professional and so knowledgeable. We had the most amazing time, Silver Oak will always have a special place in my heart thanks to our visit. I cannot wait to come back and bring more friends!!

Our tour guide, Oscar, was super knowledgable and gave us a lot of good information not only on the wine, but the differences between French and American Oak, as well as the toasting process, how it imparts flavors into the wine, and how to read the different stamps on the oak casks. It's a beautiful grounds and a great tour, and would highly recommend, specially since it comes with a snack at the end. We were able to do half and half pepperoni and mushroom pizza, and the tots were crispy, crunchy and hot. Easy check-in with a welcome drink and friendly service once seated. Even in the rain, the outdoor patio with warmers was beautiful and very comfortable.

I am a white wine connoisseur because of my dietary restrictions with most ingredients in red wines, especially cherries and plum, that trigger my stomach pain and headaches. I have missed enjoying red wine because of this. I was hoping and praying that when my friends who are members of PEJU planned this wine tasting treat, that my stomach and head would be fine and to my surprise, my palate, tongue, stomach and heart were pleased with the Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Fifty/Fifty, and more, including reserve reds Todd served and educated us about! I have NEVER enjoyed red wines like these I tasted at PEJU. Since the time of our outstanding wine tasting experience, I have recommended and raved about Todd and PEJU winery to friends and family who appreciate and value high quality wines and winery experiences. It felt like a vacation getaway being in the tasting room building, admiring the breathtaking stained glass art, all of the art inside and the beautiful art and nature views outside. I appreciate the PEJU staff and management team who welcomed us and were kind to us all the way to the end of our wine tasting experience when we left. This is the kind of treatment that makes us want to return. Napa is a special place for friends, family, and me, and PEJU is now an indelible memory in my Napa adventures! Todd clearly enjoys his important professional position, is passionate about wine and the wine experience, and brings so much joy to customers! I can't recommend him and PEJU enough! Todd went above and beyond to give us a VIP experience and even gave me a bag full of wine corks for my art project after I told him about this and asked for some of their wine corks we saw lined up in their wine uncorking and pouring area. Thank you, Todd!

The grounds are gorgeous inside and out, and I really enjoyed the stained glass, large open windows, and the statues and the koi pond area outside. The service was extraordinary, and I had a great time learning a bit about the different wines PEJU offers from Joseph. I tried quite a few different wines, and really liked how there are a few unique offerings here that you can't find elsewhere - I ended up getting a bottle of their Province, the Farm, and their late harvest orange muscat. PEJU is also one of the few wineries with a permit to serve food. If I had known ahead of time, I would've planned to eat here! The rilettes were super tempting, but Joseph advised that if I was planning to eat a meal afterward to stick to the chips and dip - this ended up being quite a generous portion as well, and I really enjoyed the goat cheese truffle dip alongside the wine tasting :) Overall, PEJU is definitely a beautiful winery to visit with excellent service, and I'll definitely be back!
