The owner was in contact with me via phone and email for weeks before our event. Confirmed many trips for our group of 28. They left us stuck at the airport and we never heard from them again. We were able to cancel the remaining tourist trips we had booked. Owner never emailed or called us back after leaving many messages. Extremely unusual behavior. Sometimes people give a better rate if you pay in cash. This is not the response you give to a potential client in the hospitality/service industry. This has to be the most unreliable/unprofessional transportation service EVER. I made two reservations with them. I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt when they didnt show up for the first trip. The following day I called multiple times to confirm my reservation, just to find out that the driver was running over 30 minutes late. I only found out because I called to ask where the car is. They are so unorganized have terrible customer service. I can't believer this is a real company - it is such a joke. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

Yep, same thing happened to us. Had that 6 AM flight and I called and called the night before and couldn't get any response or confirmation although I had booked the pick up a week before. Luckily I ended up calling diamond and they came last minute. This was a trip to Europe and would not have been cool to miss that first flight! Also same guy doesn't seem to like the late-night pick ups in Savannah... Left my husband stranded who by the way was a very good customer. Completely unreliable! Do NOT book this company. First of all, i booked this trip months in advance and any time I would try to get a hold of the company they never returned my emails and they never picked up the phone. After reading the negative reviews I had a bad feeling about them and of course as soon as our flight landed in Savannah I got an email saying they would not be able to come pick us up. So 9 of us were stranded trying to find transportation big enough. When I tried to ask if they were going to be able to do the return trip a week later I never got a response. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Luckily, Diamond Transportation picked us up last minute and we had a wonderful experience with them. read more

I called and made our reservation seven plus days before our trip. I called the day before to confirm our reservation. When the driver was ten minutes late I tried calling. No answer just voice mail. Tried calling for thirty minutes. NO ANSWER. My wife and I loaded our bags and drove to airport to make our flight. Three hours later, ready to board our flight and still no call from the driver to ask for our gate code to pick us up. We will never use this service. Booked this transport over Easter weekend. They took my payment and never showed up. We had to drive to Savannah at 330am. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought well they're late...no they just didn't show. I called Kevin when the sun came up- he acted stunned and said I will credit your account. That didn't happen, sent emails no reply called and left messages. Nothing. Credit card company said ' you have to wait a few weeks' as that is how long a refund can take. Had a reservation for Silver Oak to pick up my daughter's family and bring them to Hilton Head. Had confirmation and an email reminder from company and both had the correct flight information and time. Company did not show and when called was rude and indignant. Said could not have a driver there for 90 minutes. Very poor service and customer service. Will never call again as there are too many other superior options. read more
