A woman from the company named Danette called, then came out and took pictures, measurements and we had a lot of changes, a lot of back and forth, meetings with management. She was incredibly patient, and really great. Our one necessity was that it be paid for in the 2019 budget. Mind you we started the process in November, had holidays, with just so much going on, and she stuck with us. The quote came in under budget and it was paid for on 12/30 (talk about cutting it close!). She made sure every step of the way that it was right. They even painted some of the letters, and had to repaint because management changed their mind on color at the last minute. I will update the review once the job is done, but so far so good!
