Upon arrival, I was quickly greeted by Wendy and the world's friendliest dog- Moby. Wendy directed me to Pablo who gladly helped me with the design of a banner. After a few minutes, we had the perfect design and price. Pablo sent me the final a few days later and I approved it. A couple more days went by and I was able to pick up the banner. I have been working with Juli's since 2016 when Paublo was working here and he always was doing good job, he was ontime and communicative until he was gone and Christine the owner start working with me and my experience with her exactly opposite of what I had with ex-employee. She was terribly late in delivery, communicating, responding to emails plus I believe her own emplyees like drivers and fabricators and insttallers don't even listen to her. I'm a businees owner and my first priority other than customer service is fast delivery and thats how I built my business reputation over years but Julie's sign shop would go down if Chris doesn't let the younger people who are more promising and caring take over. I sample here my experience with Christine: first contact July-24th. request: half of my sign(which was word "Fix" was burnt plus needed to add hotdog sign below my big sign(picture attached). I talk to her ,texted the picture and my hoddog request, supposed to get respond shortly , no respond till July-31st. August 1st, call the receptionist, she write down my number and request , promise me Chris would call me never called me. Called next day, finnaly got hold of her, she scheduled installer next week coming to fix the burnt sign and meanwhile after few days back and fort she send me artwork for hotdog. Installer came in, He DIDN'T KNOW WHY he was there. HE DIDN'T HAVE MY SIGN HE HAD NOTHING. eventually after like 2 weeks and she keep ignoring or forgetting IDK what was her deal, I drove from Carson to Sparks on Aug-19th, sat there for an hour , got my artwork approved paid half of my bill and she scheduled again for couple weeks to take care of my business, I went to trip came back still nothing happened, for a week, everyday called her and she even coudn't get hold of her driver to get him to my shop. finally I got upset and she responded to me I refund your money right now and I said yes do it and she did the refund, this was Sep-12. Yes almost two months back and fort with the burnt sign and she refund me sounded like she had done nothing, not even printed my burnt sign. I went righ cross the street in Carson, Local sign shop, they repaired my burnt sign in 5 days and put the whole hotdog sign up a weel after, whole job was done in two weeks(second picture). My first experience was amazing, they were responsive, helpful, informative and looked like they produced quality work. Then they took our payment. After that, radio silence. We were told it would take about 5 weeks to complete in Mid-November. They didn't install the sign until closer to February. Then, the second piece of signage was delayed by months with very little communication and when they did communicate it was usually "Oh I will have an answer tomorrow" then we would never hear anything back. In the end we told them just not to bother with the other sign. They were extremely unresponsive and did not deliver on the deadlines discussed. Please do not waste your time with this company unless you enjoy not having your multiple emails/phone calls returned or not getting your project competed. Our job should have taken "a week" according to one of their employees... 3 months later we finally emailed and told them to cancel our job because it is impossible to get in touch with them and they never showed up for appointments they scheduled with us. Even after sending the email telling them to cancel, we still never got a response from them! CRAZY!!! After talking to others, we quickly realized this was the usual for them. I do not recommend doing business with this place. They told us that our menus would be done in a week and all they had to do was FIX them and it has been almost a month and we still haven't received them. They aren't returning our calls or emails. We have emailed multiple times a week if not everyday now. We call every week asking when they will be done and no one calls back or our calls are sent directly to voicemail. They are awful at communicating and don't know customer service! Take your business somewhere else. We will never go back to them! 1 star is being generous. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. While everyone is nice, getting my signs done took forever. Missed deadlines. Constant excuses. In the end, only 1 of 2 signs turned out the way it was supposed to. After delays and repeated corrections (like design not matching signed proof). I gave up and just settle with what I got. My business is doing good so I'm not going to stress over the visibility of my side sign. The great thing about Julie's is that they are affordable compared to another company that I won't mention that wants an arm and a leg and won't listen to your ideas. I recently was referred to this place to get a sign for my new business. The lady that came to meet me was very nice and professional. However I asked for a couple estimates on a sign and all I got were to very poor designs and no estimate. Which took three weeks to get! I was very unsatisfied with their follow up service! It was extremely poor and would not recommend them to anyone after my experience. I can't believe the terrible customer service. I went to their office and reviewed my needs with them and they said it would take two weeks to design something for me. I understood they were moving, so I was OK with it. Four weeks later I still hadn't heard from them. Left two unanswered messages with the office staff. At five weeks I got in touch with the person I originally spoke with. She said I knew I forgot someone. It's here someplace, I'll get back to you today. At the end of the day I got a piece of artwork that was the complete opposite of what we had discussed. I emailed it back and explained it was not what I wanted. No response, so I called and left a message. That was two weeks ago, still no return call or email. There are just way too many options in this town to put up with this kind of crap service.
